φορούσαν μάσκα υποχρεωτικά κατά την είσοδό τους στο ΙΚΑ και δεν υπήρχε πολύς κόσμος στην αναμονή
Everyone was watching because of covid,
they had to wear a mask when entering IKA and there were not many people waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε πιστεύω πως πρέπει να αναλύσουμε πολλά για τον τρόπο λειτουργίας και εξυπηρέτησης του ασφαλισμένου. Σήμερα έπρεπε να μπει μια υπογραφή κ σφραγίδα επόπτη/ελεγκτή για μια εξέταση. Φθάνουμε στο κτίριο και η πόρτα του γιατρού είναι κλειστή και ακούμε ομιλία εντός γραφείου, οπότε κ περιμένουμε να τελειώσει η προηγούμενη επίσκεψη. Μετά από μισή ώρα αποφασίζουμε να χτυπήσουμε την πόρτα για να διαπιστώσουμε πως ο γιατρός απλά καθόταν μόνος του (προφανώς μιλούσε στο κινητό όταν ακούσαμε ομιλίες).
Ανεπίτρεπτο το να έχει κλειστή πόρτα.
Απαράδεκτο το να του λέμε καλό μεσημέρι και να μη δείχνει στοιχειώδη ευγένεια να απαντήσει.
Ένα ακόμα μικρό δείγμα του πόσο άθλιο είναι το σύστημα κυρίως λόγω νοοτροπίας δημοσίου.
I do not believe that we have to analyze much about how the insured operates and serves. Today a supervisor / auditor's signature and stamp had to be entered for an examination. We arrive at the building and the doctor's door is closed and we hear in-office speech, so we wait for the previous visit to end. After half an hour we decide to knock on the door to find out that the doctor was just sitting by himself (apparently talking on the cellphone while listening to speeches).
Do not allow a closed door.
It is unacceptable to say good-bye to him at noon and not show elemental courtesy to respond.
Another small example of how miserable the system is mainly because of the public mentality.
