Λόγω κορωνοϊού επιτρέπεται να έρθει κάποιος μόνο με ραντεβού αν θελει να καταθέσει κάποια χαρτιά, αλλά δεν απαντάτε στα τηλέφωνα ποτέ. Ντροπή σας και αίσχος , παλεύω 2 εβδομάδες στα τηλέφωνα και ήρθα και από εκεί και είναι κλειστές όλες οι πόρτες και υπάρχουν ανακοινώσεις μόνο για τα ραντεβού, τα οποία τα κλείνουμε, πώς??????????????? How unacceptable you are anyway .... Due to the coronavirus, someone is only allowed to come by appointment if he wants to submit some papers, but you never answer the phones. Shame and disgrace, I have been fighting for 2 weeks on the phones and I came from there and all the doors are closed and there are announcements only for the appointments, which we close, how ???????????????
D	Dimitris Platis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορώ να πω ότι ταλαιπωρήθηκα αρκετά λόγω της κατάστασης με την καραντίνα από την, και απ' την άλλη γιατί έπεσα σε υπάλληλο που δεν έκανε την δουλειά του σωστά, Δεν είναι όμως τα δάχτυλα μας όλα ίδια όπως και οι άνθρωποι δεν είναι όλοι ίδιοι...και να τους βάζουμε στο "τσουβαλι". Τα εύσημα λοιπόν πρώτα στην Κυρία Σπυριδάκη που με βοήθησε με την γραφειοκρατία και σίγουρα στην Διευθύντρια που συνέβαλε εξίσου. Σας ευχαριστώ. Απαράδεκτο, πόσο μάλλον αυτήν την περίοδο που λόγω κορονοιου είναι δύσκολη η πρόσβαση στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες. Ένα αστέρι και πολύ είναι!!! Κατέβηκε κάτω η διευθύντρια και το πρόβλημα λύθηκε! Σε ευχαριστώ κ. Τζουάνου! Το ραντεβού το έκλεισα αρχές Οκτωβρίου κατευθείαν τηλεφωνικά χωρίς καμία καθυστέρηση από μια ευγενέστατη κυρία που σήκωσε τηλεφωνο. Η κυρία που με εξυπηρέτησε σήμερα στον δεύτερο όροφο στο ταμείο πάρα πολύ ευγενική και πρόθυμη. Σε 5 λεπτά είχα το πρωτόκολλο στα χέρια μου. Καιρό είχα να εξυπηρετηθω έτσι σε δημόσια υπηρεσία. Ίσως αυτό οφείλεται ότι πλέον γίνονται όλα με ραντεβού και δεν υπάρχει αυτός ο χαμός της αναμονής . Today I submitted the supporting documents for the compensation of the glasses. Πήγα μέσα Σεπτέμβρη 2020 να καταθέσω κάποια χαρτιά, μη γνωρίζοντας ότι η υπηρεσία υπολειτουργεί λόγω κορωνοιου. Μου μιλούσαν με μεγάλη ένταση χωρίς κανένα λόγο, και όταν ζήτησα να πάω τουαλέτα γιατί ερχόμουν από Βούλα και είναι μακρύς ο δρόμος, μόνο που δεν με έβρισαν. Να δω τώρα πώς θα κλείσω το ραντεβού που θέλω, από τη στιγμή που δεν απαντάνε ποτέ και πουθενά. Rude people, lack of staff, impossible communication. Εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες επεξεργάζονται τις αιτήσεις του πρώτου δεκαημέρου του Δεκεμβρίου και ακόμη τίποτα! Πάμε για 3η εβδομάδα! Στον ΕΟΠΥΥ της Λάρισας τα χρήματα πιστώθηκαν σε 30 ημέρες!
