They called asking for a family member, claiming they needed to speak with them about a 'personal matter.'
They never told us the nature of that matter.
Funny thing is, that family member passed away over half a century ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional, they really are doing their job like amateurs! They hire young students or/and elder unemployed people who are desperate for work and they are very annoying, calling at non-suitable hours, at your home, mobile or whatever! Even if there is a delay at the payments for 2-3 days they call you and say "tell me, when are you going to make a deposit?"...NEVER!
The best part is that I have put ALL their numbers I've been called at the past in the mobile phone's BLACK LIST and their calls get blocked and never get to me! I see the blocked calls every day and I am laughing! Do the same thing, it's fun!! :)
