H	Hugo Blanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience and person i have ever seen in my life!! She is insaine and so rude! She even insulted my mom when she asked for a receipt! Then she refused to take back the car half on hour before the appointement despite of the fact we had a 4months baby in the second car in front of the sun! She drove the car to the petrol station with us on the car, so fast and so nervous, screaming insults to us! I had never been such unsafe! Cant find my words to describe how our experience had been terrible! There is another car rental very next to it so just pass your way from here !

First they tried to double charge us for the remittance expenses (3euros!) when the bank statement clearly says that we were charged with the remittance fee. Then on the drop off they accused us of causing a small scratch so we could leave them 20 euros. We explained that we took good care of the car and did not cause any scratch but they were insisting while being very rude the whole time that we were the cause without having any evidence, even when I asked them to present me with the photos of the car before we rented it out but of course they conveniently did not exist ! These people are obviously trying to rip off tourists shamelessly. Be aware if renting from there although with such attitude i would suggest to avoid such people.
