★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει ωραίο καφέ. Μεζεδάκια αν θες να τσιμπήσεις με μπυρίτσα. Αλλά αυτό που με μετράει είναι ότι τα απολαμβάνεις ανενόχλητος γτ έχει παιχνιδια για να παίζουν τα παιδια!
 It has nice coffee. Snacks if you want to bite with a cigar. But what counts for me is that you enjoy them undisturbed because it has toys for children to play with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα για παιδικα παρτυ.η ποιοτητα του παιδικου μενου ειναι αριστη,η εξυπηρετηση ταχυτατη και το περιβαλλον οτι καλυτερο για μικρους ηρωες!!!!
I highly recommend it for children's parties. The quality of the children's menu is excellent, the service is fast and the environment is the best for little heroes !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, όμορφες γεύσεις και απίστευτη τοποθεσία με τρομερή θέα. Καθαριότητα στο maximum και όμορφα διακοσμημένοι χώροι. Εάν οι μάσκες προστασίας εφαρμοζόμτουσαν κανονικά (όχι στο πηγούνι) και δεν "υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το Internet" προκειμένου να πληρώσω με πιστωτική (δε μπορώ να το δεχθώ αυτό εν έτη 2021) θα έβαζα τα 5 αστέρια που δικαιωματικά αξίζει η "Επαυλης". Σίγουρα όμως θα ξαναπροτιμήσω την επιχείρηση και θα με σπρώξουν να τα πάρουν.
Gentle and helpful staff, beautiful flavors and incredible location with awesome views. Maximum cleanliness and beautifully decorated spaces. If the protective masks were applied normally (not on the chin) and there was "no problem with the Internet" in order to pay by credit (I can not accept this in the years 2021) I would put the 5 stars that the "Villa" is rightfully worth. But I will definitely prefer the business again and they will push me to take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλός ο έξω χώρος με καταπληκτική θέα προς τον Παγασητικό. Πολύ καλό σερβίρισμα με συνοδευτικό κέρασμα λικέρ με τζιν τόνικ , για να γίνει πιο απολαυστικός ο καφές εσπρέσσο.
Very good outdoor area with amazing views of the Pagasitikos. Very good serving with accompanying liqueur treat with gin tonic, to make espresso coffee more enjoyable.
