E	Elizabeth Cherouvim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν κάποια χρόνια αγοράσαμε έναν καναπέ από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Σε λιγότερο από ένα μήνα ένα μέρος του καναπέ «έκατσε» και στη βάση του πετάχτηκε ένα εξόγκωμα. Μιας και μας είχαν δώσει εγγύηση από το κατάστημα τους καλέσαμε για να διορθωθεί το πρόβλημα. Από το τηλέφωνο ήταν απρόθυμοι να το διορθώσουν μιας και μας είπαν ότι εφόσον επιλέξαμε γέμιση πούπουλο αυτό ήταν φυσιολογικό να συμβεί και πως αυτό θα ξανασυμβεί ακόμα και με επιδιόρθωση. Επιμείναμε πως θελουμε να φτιαχτεί ο καναπές και τελικά ήρθαν δυο υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος να πάρουν τον καναπέ. Οι υπάλληλοι μας είπαν ξανά τα ίδια και εντέλει δεν πήραν τον καναπέ ο οποίος δεν φτιάχτηκε ποτέ. (Ο άνθρωπος ο οποίος μας σύστησε το κατάστημα και προσωπικός φίλος της ιδιοκτήτριας αντιμετώπισε το ίδιο πρόβλημα με τον δικό του καναπέ και εννοείται του τον επισκεύασαν δωρεάν λόγω εγγύησης!!!) Πριν κάποιες μέρες κάλεσα στο κατάστημα ζητώντας προσφορά για επισκευή όλου του καναπέ και ζητώντας να φτιάξουμε κάποια επιπλέον μαξιλάρια. Ο υπάλληλος στο τηλέφωνο χωρίς ιδιαίτερη προθυμία μου ζήτησε να του στείλω φωτογραφίες του καναπέ και το τηλέφωνο μου. Δεν με πήρε ποτέ πίσω! Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση εκτός και αν είσαι γνωστός ή προσωπικός φίλος! Some years ago we bought a sofa from this store. In less than a month, a part of the sofa "sat down" and a knob was thrown at its base. Since they had given us a guarantee from their store, we called to correct the problem. On the phone they were reluctant to fix it since they told us that since we chose feather stuffing this was normal to happen and that this would happen again even with repair. We insisted that we want the sofa to be made and finally two employees of the store came to get the sofa. The staff told us the same thing again and they finally did not take the sofa which was never made. (The man who introduced us to the store and a personal friend of the owner faced the same problem with his own sofa and of course they repaired it for free due to warranty !!!) A few days ago I called the store asking for an offer to repair the entire sofa and asking us to make some extra pillows. The clerk on the phone reluctantly asked me to send him photos of the couch and my phone. He never took me back! Very poor service unless you are an acquaintance or personal friend!

From March 23-24 I am waiting for an offer for a buffet and two shelves, or you have difficulty with math or you are not interested in money and work ??
