I looked so long for a bed after mine suddenly broke and I wanted assembly service. All I got were surly replies "sorry we don't do that, we leave the packages on the sidewalk curb".
This company has a wonderful service of assembly, if you choose. They put up the item of furniture for you and even, for a few evros extra dismantle and take away the old item (white-glove service).

And the response was very timely, and the staff came to the door the next day to replace it.However, the fly in the ointment is that the boards is still slightly short. still fall off occasionally
