Όσον αφορά δε στα προϊόντα τους: μοντέρνα έπιπλα σε μεγάλη ποικιλία που δεν ξέρεις τι να πρωτοδιαλέξεις! Επίσης, πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο Άγγελος από το τεχνικό τμήμα και πολύ ευγενικός. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξανα-αγοράσω!!! Excellent business !!! Friendly telephone service and immediate delivery of the order I made online in a very neat package! As for their products: modern furniture in a wide variety that you do not know what to choose first! Also, very helpful Angelos from the technical department and very kind. Μου έστειλαν 6 καινουριες και οι 3 ήταν πάλι ελαττωματικές.η απάντηση ήταν: "για τα λεφτά που δώσατε τι περιμένατε"; Παρεπιπτόντως έδωσα 76€ για κάθε καρέκλα.οταν πήγα στο κατάστημα του Ναυπλίου δεν μου είπαν ότι η τιμή είναι αυτή λόγο ελαττωμάτων .Τις επέστρεψα και πήρα τα χρήματα μου πισω.Λυπάμαι που στην περιοχή μου υπάρχουν τέτοια καταστήματα.Η αγένεια σε όλο το μεγαλείο,ούτε ένα συγνώμη. UNACCEPTABLE !! I received 6 chairs, the 5 hit and the 6th lame. They sent me 6 new ones and all 3 were defective again. The answer was: "for the money you gave what did you expect"? Incidentally, I paid € 76 for each chair. When I went to the store in Nafplio, they did not tell me that the price was due to defects. I returned them and got my money back. I'm sorry that there are such stores in my area. not an apology.

Got email that won't get full refund as delivery charges are higher and they also won't deliver it to the house but 60 km away. Tried to call 3 times no luck. Finally someone answer but put me through to speak to someone else who also put me through to speak to another person but after waiting on the line this person hang out. Trying for another time finally got option for refund. Stressful experience not worth it.

After complaining and after much ado, I was informed that they would replace the headboard worth €42 but ironically and funny enough, I would have to pay €45 if I wanted them to assemble it. They suggested that the breakage was due to bad usage, which is extremely unprofessional on their part. My baby Grand-daughter was on the bed, at the time, when it collasped. She was lucky not to have got hurt! Will not be buying anything from them again and I have 3 large apartments to furnish! Terrible customer service from their Head office. Obviously they don't care, if they lose customers! My answer to their offer was given on the 22nd September in writing. Instead of offering a free headboard with an extra cost of €45 to assemble, "which is a joke", they should be offering a new item equal to the value of a new bed or my money back. Not to mention, an apology.
