★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/6/20 Λάθος συναρμολόγιση σε κρεβάτι με ανυψωτικό μηχανισμό, μου έβγαλαν ελαττωματικό το κρεβατι(κατασκευαστικο λάθος), 2 ώρες πλήρωσα και έμεινα με ένα κρεβάτι που το στρώμα πρέπει να το κρατάω για να μένει ανοιχτό και να τοποθετώ πράγματα, πράγμα αδύνατο γιατί είναι θεοβαρο. Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία που το προμηθεύτηκα και διαπίστωσαν το συνεργείο που ήρθε ότι έγινε λάθος τοποθέτηση του ανυψωτικό μηχανισμού και φυσικά το έβαλαν στην σωστή τρύπα και μια χαρά έγινε το κρεβάτι. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.
13/6/20 Προς τιμήν σας κύριε Τσενεκιδη κινηθήκαμε άμεσα και στείλατε τον υπάλληλο να δει τι έγινε και να επιστρέψει τα χρήματα.
10/6/20 Wrong assembly in bed with lifting mechanism, my bed was made defective (construction error), I paid 2 hours and stayed with a bed that the mattress I have to keep to stay open and place things, which is impossible because it's heavy. I contacted the company that supplied it and they found the workshop that came was the wrong placement of the lifting mechanism and of course they put it in the right hole and the bed was fine. The conclusion is yours to make.
13/6/20 In your honor, Mr. Tsenekidis, we moved immediately and you sent the employee to see what happened and to return the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άκουσα καλά λόγια, μπήκα στο προφίλ,διάβασα για την αγάπη στο έπιπλο , ενθουσιάστηκα. Ήξερα ότι αυτό που ζητάω έχει απαιτήσεις . Πρώτη επαφή αρκετά καλή αλλά ως εκεί. Καμία ανταπόκριση σε τηλ. Καμία ανταπόκριση σε μήνυμα. Η λύση ήρθε από εταιρεία με έπιπλα σε λογική τιμή με προδιαγραφές εν μέσω λοκνταουν. Η αγάπη για το έπιπλο σταματά κ ξεκινά στη διάθεσή κ τον επαγγελματισμό.Δυστηχως εκεί χάνεται πολύ. Ευχαριστώ για το χρόνο σας.
I heard good words, I entered the profile, I read about the love in the furniture, I was excited. I knew that what I was asking for had requirements. First contact quite good but so far. No response to phone. No response to message. The solution came from a furniture company at a reasonable price with specifications in the middle of a lock. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε θα μπορούσαμε να ήμασταν πιο ευχαριστημένοι απο τη δουλειά του Κύριου Τσενεκίδη! Η επικοινωνία ήταν πάρα πολύ εύκολη παρόλο που μένουμε στο εξωτερικό και μιλούσαμε μέσω email μόνο. Του στείλαμε μια φωτογραφία του επίπλου μπάνιου που θέλαμε ενδεικτικά με τις προδιαγραφές μας, και λάβαμε ένα έπιπλο εξαιρετικής ποιότητας στα μέτρα μας, υπεράνω των προσδοκιών μας. Ιδιαίτερα εκτιμήσαμε τον προσεγμένο έξυπνο σχεδιασμό στο εσωτερικό με επιπλέον συρτάρια- κατι που δεν είχαμε σκεφτεί. Το έπιπλο ήρθε πάρα πολύ προσεκτικά συσκευασμένο με μεταφορική μέχρι τη Σκύρο. Η τιμή καλύτερη απο οποιαδήποτε άλλη προσφορά πήραμε.
We could not be happier with the work of Mr. Tsenekidis! Communication was very easy even though we live abroad and we only spoke via email. We sent him a photo of the bathroom furniture that we wanted indicatively with our specifications, and we received a piece of furniture of exceptional quality to our measure, beyond our expectations. We especially appreciated the careful smart design in the interior with extra drawers - something we had not thought of. The furniture came very carefully packed with transport to Skyros. The price better than any other offer we got.
