Customer service is non-existent, AADE responds more easily than Epsilon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περιμένουμε ακόμα να μας πάρει τηλέφωνο ο κύριος Α.Κ.!Πάντα βρίσκει δικαιολογίες ότι μιλάει με πελάτες λες και εγώ δεν είμαι πελάτης, μου κάνουν χορηγία! Τώρα τελευταία βέβαια δεν το σηκώνει καν το τηλέφωνο! Πολύ επαγγελματικο, φαντάζομαι ότι και αν χρειαστούμε κάτι σαν πελάτες αυτή θα είναι η αντιμετώπιση. .αρκεί να πάρετε τα λεφτά!
We are still waiting for Mr. AK to call us! He always finds excuses that he talks to customers as if I am not a customer, they sponsor me! Now, of course, he doesn't even pick up the phone lately! Very professional, I imagine that even if we need something like customers this will be the treatment. .as long as you get the money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτο service κ ας έχεις πληρώσει την υποστήριξη. Ειδικά το τμήμα πωλήσεων όπου χρειάστηκε να μας βοηθήσει για ένα λάθος που έκαναν οι ίδιοι... άφαντο! Ο ένας ψάχνει τον άλλον, ο ένας σε παραπέμπει σε άλλον...χάος..καμία οργάνωση. Η υποστήριξη για τα μισά που θες σε παραπέμπει σε video στο YouTube!
Unacceptable service even if you have paid for the support. Especially the sales department where he had to help us for a mistake they made themselves ... useless! One is looking for the other, one refers you to another ... chaos..no organization. Support for the halves you want refers you to a video on YouTube!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανεπανάληπτη η αδιαφορία τους για τις πωλήσεις. Πραγματικά απορώ πως τους κρατούν στη θέση τους. Εκτός και αν επιθυμούν να καταργήσουν το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν (Pylon) γιατί δεν τους συμφέρει. Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι για να μην πω τίποτα χειρότερο.
Their indifference to sales is unrepeatable. I really wonder how they keep them in place. Unless they want to remove this product (Pylon) because it does not suit them. Forgivingly unacceptable to say nothing worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Δεν υπάρχει χειρότερη εταιρεία σε εξυπηρέτηση, χωρίς να υπερβάλω. Ρωτάς βασικά πράγματα για την συνδρομή σου, και ποτέ κανείς δεν ξέρει πώς να σε εξυπηρετήσει, κρατάνε το τηλέφωνό σου για να επικοινωνήσει το "κατάλληλο άτομο", το οποίο πιθανότατα είναι κάποιος συνεργάτης της εταιρείας που εμφανίζεται μια φορά το εξάμηνο, και εννοείται η κλήση αυτή δεν γίνεται ποτέ. Τους καλεις και σε κοροϊδεύουν κι από πάνω ότι σε έπαιρναν αλλά δεν σε βρήκαν (σε κινητό, αν είναι δυνατόν). Προσπαθώ από την Τρίτη να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους, έχει φτάσει Παρασκευή και μου είπαν θα καλέσουν από Δευτέρα. 5 μέρες τους καλώ και επαναλαμβάνεται το ίδιο πράγμα. Ειλικρινά, νιώθω υποχρεώση μου να μην συστήσω σε κανέναν τέτοιο πρόγραμμα, 2 φορές χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους και μου βγήκε η πίστη, ξεπερνούν σε ανικανότητα εξυπηρέτησης ακόμα και τον ΟΑΕΔ και τον ΕΟΠΥΥ.
UNACCEPTABLE! There is no worse company in service, without exaggeration. You ask the basics about your subscription, and no one ever knows how to serve you, they hold your phone to contact the "right person", who is probably a company associate who shows up once a semester, and the call is meant it never happens. You call them and they make fun of you from above that they took you but did not find you (on a mobile phone, if possible). I have been trying to contact them since Tuesday, it is Friday and they told me they will call from Monday. I call them for 5 days and the same thing is repeated. Honestly, I feel obliged not to recommend to any such program, I had to contact them twice and I lost faith, they even surpass OAED and EOPYY in inability to serve.
