Μέχρι την αγορά ήταν όλα καλά αλλά δυστυχώς το μηχάνημα ηταν ελλατωματικό και δεν υπάρχει καμία διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης μου απο πλευράς τους. Unacceptable after sale service. Until the purchase was all right but unfortunately the machine was defective and there is no service for me.

f	friendly neighborhood spy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή after sales εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και σε βοηθάνε πολύ. Εγώ είχα ένα θεματακι με έναν εκτυπωτή δεν έβγαλα άκρη από βιντεάκια στο youtube η στο google και πήρα την epson και σε λιγότερο από 4 λεπτά είχα λύσει το πρόβλημα μου! Very good after sales service. Very helpful and help you a lot. I had a problem with a printer, I did not get rid of videos on youtube or google and I got epson and in less than 4 minutes I had solved my problem!

Πραγματικά καταπληκτική εξυπηρέτηση ενώ θα μπορούσαν άνετα να με είχαν αφήσει αβοήθητο. Λόγος για να έχω πάντα Epson εκτυπωτές η στάση της ελληνικής αντιπροσωπείας... Very good after sales support. They found a solution to a particular problem I had. Really amazing service while they could easily have left me helpless. Reason to always have Epson printers is the attitude of the Greek delegation ...

Δεν είναι δυνατόν να περιμένω πάνω από 10 ημέρες για μια επισκευή επειδεί δεν είχατε ανταλλακτικό και έπρεπε να έρθει σπο την Ιταλία όπως με ενημερώσατε. Δεν έχετε φροντίσει για προιόν αντικατάστασης... Την επόμενη φορά θα είμαι πολύ επιφυλακτικος με μια αγορά epson !!!
S	Stefanos Alevras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to register on line, as Epson suggests. I bought an XP-245 with serial nr X5WL017120 in Greece, Europe. The only options are US and Canada. Whatever you choose, you write the serial number (with or withour the stars) and the answer is "incorrect serial number". Gave up.
