★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Σάββατο, 22/4/17, αγόρασα απο το εν λόγω κατάστημα έναν φορτιστή για δραπανοκατσάβιδο, πηγαίνοντας τους μαζί το εργαλείο για να δούμε αν ταιριάζει. Μου παρουσίασαν ότι έχουν τον γνήσιο φορτιστή στην τιμή των 18,50 ευρώ και έναν μη-γνήσιο στην τιμή των 13 ευρώ. Προσπάθησαν να μου πουλήσουν τον μη-γνήσιο φορτιστή στην τιμή των 13 ευρώ, παρόλο που δεν ταίριαζε ακριβώς και να με πείσουν οτι θα έκανε την δουλειά μου. Τελικά, αφού τους εμπιστεύτηκα, γυρίζοντας σπίτι το δοκίμασα και είδα οτι δεν λειτουργούσε. Γύρισα πίσω να τον επιστρέψω, αλλα ήταν μόνο ο ένας εκ των δύο συνεργατών εκεί και ισχυριζόμενος οτι δεν ξέρει να κάνει επιστροφή χρημάτων μέσω κάρτας, να επισκεφτώ το κατάστημά τους την Δευτέρα, που θα είναι ο συνεργάτης του(και αδερφός του) ώστε να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα. Αμέσως, αναζήτησα τον επίσημο αντιπρόσωπο των ανταλλακτικών της εταιρείας και προμηθεύτηκα το γνήσιο ανταλλακτικό στην τιμή των 9,30 ευρώ. Σήμερα το πρωί(24/4/17), επισκέφτομαι και πάλι το κατάστημα τους, όπου άρχισαν να με ειρωνεύονται, μη δέχοντας επιστροφή του προϊόντος και λέγοντας μου οτι δέχονται μόνο ανταλλαγές και ότι ειναι νομικά καλυμμένοι. Αφότου τους παρουσιάσα απόδειξη αγοράς απο άλλο κατάστημα, του γνήσιου φορτιστή στην τιμή των 9,30 ευρώ, έναντι των 13 που μου πούλησαν τον απομίμηση, συνεχίστηκε η ειρωνία. Η κατάληξη ήταν να μου δώσουν κάτι που δεν χρειαζόμουν για να μην συνεχιστεί το θέμα. Θεωρώ οτι με κοροιδέψανε και με κλέψανε, καθώς επίσης τίθεται και θέμα τρομερής αισχροκέρδειας.
On Saturday, 22/4/17, I bought a drill charger from that store, taking the tool with them to see if it fit. They showed me that they have the genuine charger at € 18.50 and a non-genuine at € 13. They tried to sell me the non-genuine charger for the price of 13 euros, though it didn't exactly fit and convinced me that it would do my job. Eventually, after trusting them, I went home to try it and saw that it was not working. I came back to return him, but he was only one of the two partners there, claiming that he did not know how to make a card refund, to visit their store on Monday, who would be his partner (and his brother) so that I could the money is returned. Immediately, I searched for the official representative of the company's spare parts and purchased the original spare part for the price of 9.30 euros. This morning (24/4/17), I visit their shop again, where they started to make fun of me, refusing to return the product and telling me that they only accept exchanges and that they are legally covered. After I presented them with proof of purchase from another store, the genuine charger for 9.30 euros, against the 13 who sold me the imitation, the irony continued. The upshot was to give me something I didn't need to keep the subject going. I find that they have fooled me and robbed me, as well as being a subject of terrible profiteering.
