★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η εξυπηρέτηση. Δυστυχώς δεν την έλεγξα μόλις την παρέλαβα, αλλά 3 εβδομάδες μετά, όταν ήρθε ο υδραυλικός να την τοποθετήσει. Τότε είδα αυτά τα εμφανή σημεία χτυπήματος. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα Αφοί Θωμαιδη απ' όπου την παραγγελία και μου είπαν ότι μόνο μέσο skroutz μπορώ να κάνω την επιστροφή, συμπληρώνοντας την ανάλογη φόρμα. Παρόλο που το λάθος ήταν ΟΛΟ δικό τους, αφού μου παραδέχτηκαν και στο τηλέφωνο ότι τα χτυπήματα έγιναν μάλλον στο εργοστάσιο ή στην συσκευασία, ΔΕΝ έκαναν τίποτα άλλο από το να ρίξουν την ευθύνη για επιστροφή κλπ στο skroutz. ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ!

The service is unacceptable. Unfortunately I did not check it as soon as I received it, but 3 weeks later, when the plumber came to install it. Then I saw these obvious points of impact. I contacted the Thomaidis Brothers store from where the order was made and they told me that only through skroutz I can make the return, filling in the appropriate form. Although the mistake was ALL theirs, after they admitted to me on the phone that the blows were probably done to the factory or to the packaging, they did NOT do anything other than to blame the return etc on skroutz. NEVER AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a hood place to buy a lot of good stuff for ya house, but hella high prices, like it is daaaaamn expensive you can try ordering what ever you like, like tables, desks, and chairs, clippers, and all other furniture just good beds and amazing camping supplies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
