★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 1 litre of can of olive oil from this place and it was rancid. It had a nasty taste and left a very acid greasy feel in the mouth. I took it back and politely explained but was rudely waved away by the owner.
I should have checked for a sell by date on the can, but there wasn't one.
Not a good place.

Whatever the owner says, the particular olive oil that I bought tasted bad and left a bad feeling in the mouth. I've eaten extra virgin olive oil from many countries over 30 years, including fresh pressed and have never tasted as bad as this.
The cafe displays their oil on a counter top which is in full daylight. There are clear plastic mineral water bottles - in which oil is degraded by light and heat - and cans, in which the oil is degraded by heat. The Corfu summer is very hot.

Lovely old chap works there.

They now have a swimming pool there looking over Agios Stefanos.
Definitely worth the walk up the hill.
