Τα αντικείμενα που παρέλαβα ήρθαν σε άψογη κατάσταση, ήταν ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες και σε τέλεια συσκευασία δώρου όπως ακριβώς είχαμε συνεννοηθεί. 5 αστέρια σε όλα!!!! Όταν όμως την έβαλα στο φούρνο με φαγητό στους 200 βαθμούς η πλαστική βίδα μέσα από το γιάλινο καπάκι έλιωσε κι έπεσε μέσα στο φαγητό. Στην τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα ΕΡΜΑΡΙ παραδέχτηκαν πως πουθενά δεν έγραφε πως η γάστρα μπαίνει στον φούρνο χωρίς το γιάλινο καπάκι ΄και συνεπώς δεν έφταιγα για ότι συνέβει. Εγώ υποσχέθηκα πως θα επιστρέψω την γάστρα και το κατάστημα υποσχέθηκε οτι θα με αποζημιώσει στο ακέραιο. ΕΡΜΑΡΙ ΣΤΗΝ ΧΑΛΚΙΔΑ : ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΤΗΣ - ΣΥΝΕΠΕΙΑ - ΤΙΜΙΟΤΗΤΑ I bought a porcelain hull with a glass lid. Delivery is very fast. But when I put it in the oven with food at 200 degrees the plastic screw through the glass lid melted and fell into the food. In our telephone communication with the ERMARI store, they admitted that nowhere did it say that the hull enters the oven without the glass lid ΄ and therefore I was not to blame for what happened. Η δικαιολογία ήταν ότι θα ήταν παραγγελία. Στο σάιτ έλεγε ότι το προϊόν είναι διαθέσιμο. Παραγγελία ή διαθέσιμο πάντως ο νόμος λέει ότι ο καταναλωτής έχει δικαίωμα επιστροφης Initially I was told that the product that made 36 € on the site costs 45 €, we corrected it. Ήθελα να παραγγείλω ένα ανταλλακτικό ύφασμα για ένα καρεκλάκι και ενώ στο site του μπορείς να παραγγείλεις 1 τεμάχιο, τηλεφωνικά λέει ότι τα πουλάει σε 12δες. Επίσης χρεώνει μεταφορικά για παραλαβή από το κατάστημα του και όταν ρώτησα γιατί είπε πως στο μαγαζάκι του έχει 700 κωδικούς και στο site 23000 και πληρώνεις τα μεταφορικά για να του τα στείλει ο προμηθευτής του. Όταν τον ρώτησα γιατί να πληρώσω εγώ τα μεταφορικά του προμηθευτή μου φώναξε άμα γουστάρεις και μη με ζαλίζεις και μου το έκλεισε. Man is rude and greedy. I wanted to order a spare fabric for a chair and while on his site you can order 1 piece, he says by phone that he sells them in 12 pieces. He also charges shipping for collection from his store and when I asked why he said that in his shop he has 700 codes and on the site 23000 and you pay the shipping to be sent to him by his supplier. When I asked him why I should pay for the transport of his supplier, he called me if you like and do not stun me and he closed it for me.
