★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1ο ραντεβού: δεν εμφανίστηκαν. Πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν πως ξέχασαν να φορτώσουν το εμπόρευμα.
2ο ραντεβού: δεν εμφανίστηκαν όλη μέρα. Δεν κάλεσαν να ενημερώσουν πως δεν θα ερχόντουσαν.
3ο ραντεβού: δεν εμφανίστηκαν όλη μέρα. Πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν πως λόγω ατυχήματος δεν σκόπευαν να έρθουν.
Μου ξανά έδωσαν ραντεβού 18.00. Ήρθαν 19.10.
Ασόβαρη εταιρία, κανένας επαγγελματισμός, καμία ενημέρωση. Αυτά.
1st appointment: did not appear. I got a phone and they told me they forgot to load the merchandise.
2nd appointment: they did not show up all day. They were not invited to inform them that they would not come.
3rd appointment: they did not show up all day. I got a phone and told me they did not intend to come in because of an accident.
They again gave me an appointment at 18.00. They came 19.10.
Invalid company, no professionalism, no information. That's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. είχαν το δέμα μου πάνω από 3 εβδομάδες και δεν το είχαν παραδώσει, όταν κάλεσα για να παραπονεθώ μου είπαν πως καλούσαν συνέχεια στο τηλέφωνο που είχαν πράγμα το οποίο ήταν ψέμα διότι ακόμα και όταν δεν είμαι διαθέσιμος μπορώ να λάβω με μήνυμα τις κλήσεις. Δεν μπήκαν καν στη διαδικασία να επικοινωνησουν με τον αποστολέα του δέματος για να ενημερώσουν.
Very poor service. they had my parcel for over 3 weeks and they had not delivered it, when I called to complain they told me that they were constantly calling on the phone they had which was a lie because even when I am not available I can receive the calls by message. They did not even enter the process to contact the parcel sender to inform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με κάλεσε σήμερα μια κυρία από το τηλέφωνικο τους κέντρο, που δυστυχώς δεν ανέφερε όνομα, για μια παραγγελία που είχα κάνει και τη μεταφορά της. Ζήτησα κάτι για διευκρινήση και ήταν ευγενική και εξυπηρέτικοτατη!!!
I was called today by a lady from their call center, who unfortunately did not mention her name, for an order I had placed and her transfer. I asked for something for clarification and she was polite and very helpful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έλαβα μήνυμα για την ημέρα και ώρα που θα παραλάμβανα, δεν με βόλευε πήρα τηλέφωνο και συνεννοήθηκα με μία πολύ ευγενική κυρία.Παρ'όλα αυτά ο οδηγός δεν ενημερώθηκε για την παράδοση ότι είχαμε συνεννοηθεί και περίμενα το καθορισμένο χρονικό διάστημα αλλά καθυστέρησε μία ώρα.
