Τελικά έλειπαν από μέσα ορισμένα και η κρέμα της frezyderm δεν ήταν καν το προϊόν που έπρεπε. I bought a cream for a gift and a package of surgical razors which are normally sold individually but insisted that I had to buy the large package (100pcs). Eventually some were missing from the inside and frezyderm cream was not even the right product.
V	Vassilis Kefallinos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο το φαρμακειο δεν εχω παραπονο, ουτε απο την εξυπηρετηση αλλα αρχιζει να με ενοχλει εντονα το γεγονος οτι κατα τις 2 τελευταιες επισκεψεις μου δεν τηρουνται τα μετρα κατα του covid-19 (μη τήρηση αποστάσεων πελατών στα ταμεια, υπάλληλοι χωρις μασκες κτλ). Ελπίζω και ευχομαι να υπάρξει βελτίωση και ανταπόκριση.... I have no complaints from the pharmacy, nor from the service but I am starting to be very bothered by the fact that during my last 2 visits the measures against covid-19 are not observed (non-observance of customer distances at the cash registers, employees without masks etc). I hope and wish that there is improvement and response ....
d	dr. Bit3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το φαρμακείο με την ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΗ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ μακράν. ? Παρήγγειλα μια κρέμα με την προυπόθεση αν δεν την βρούν να με ειδοποιήσουν τηλεφωνικώς. Πράγμα που δεν έγινε και όταν πήγα εκεί άρχησαν να τηλεφωνουν χωρίς αποτέλεσμα . Δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν !!! The pharmacy with the WORST SERVICE by far. ? I ordered a cream on the condition that if they do not find it, they can notify me by phone. Which did not happen and when I went there they started calling without result. I would not recommend it to anyone !!!

Ενώ σε όλα τα άλλα φαρμακεία το rapid test κοστίζει 10€ το συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο το χρεώνει 12,40€ μιας που ο Φ.Π.Α. στα τεστ είναι 0% πια από 14/9/21. Μόλις χάσατε άλλο ένα πελάτη σας... Unacceptable pharmacy. While in all other pharmacies the rapid test costs € 10, the specific pharmacy charges € 12.40 since the VAT. in the tests it is 0% now from 14/9/21. You just lost another customer ...

Ι	Ιωάννης Χρήστου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα φαρμακείο κρίνεται από πολλούς παράγοντες. Ποικιλία προϊόντων, καλές τιμές, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα μπορεί και τα επιτυγχάνει όλα. Ακριβώς επειδή είναι πολύ καλό φαρμακείο, υπάρχει μεγάλο πελατολόγιο ειδικά αυτό τον καιρό της πανδημίας. Ναι καθυστερήσεις υπάρχουν, όχι όμως σε βαθμό που να αμφισβητούν την αξιοπιστία του. Και προσωπικό υπάρχει που σηκώνει το τηλέφωνο για τηλεφωνικές παραγγελίες, και ωραίο eshop έχει, και μήνυμα στέλνει στο κινητό σας τηλέφωνο. Όποιος περάσει από το φυσικό κατάστημα για παραλαβή θα δει πίσω από το ταμείο τις δεκάδες σακούλες που περιμένουν πελάτες για αποστολή ή παραλαβή. Ας είμαστε λοιπόν επιεικείς αυτή την δύσκολη περίοδο. Μην ξεχνάμε ότι διαθέτει πάρκινγκ σε ένα κεντρικότατο δρόμο και συνήθως βρίσκει κανείς ελεύθερη θέση. Εντός του καταστήματος υπάρχουν διαχωριστικά ασφαλείας, οι αποστάσεις τηρούνται και το προσωπικό είναι επαρκές. Τελευταίο, και πιο σημαντικό κατά την γνώμη μου, είναι η πολύ καλή επάρκεια σε φάρμακα όλη την διάρκεια του χρόνου. Υ.Γ: Αν υπάρχει ακόμα κόσμος που δεν έχει καταλάβει ότι οι τιμές ενός ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος μπορεί να διαφέρουν από το φυσικό κατάστημα εν έτει 2021, και ότι υπάρχουν πολλές B2B επιχειρήσεις, αυτό είναι άλλο θέμα. A pharmacy is judged by many factors. Variety of products, good prices, prompt service. This particular store can and does achieve everything. PS: If there are still people who do not understand that the prices of an online store may differ from the physical store in the year 2021, and that there are many B2B companies, this is another matter.
