We have had our kitten and puppy here already twice and have been super happy. The premises are clean and tidy and all the animals seem to be taken well care of. They even have a swimming pool for dogs.

Great place to relax and let your dog play with other dogs. Licely enviornment and owners seem like dog lovers. Will be happy to leave my pup here overnight too when needed.

Brough my dog in here for 10days he was 51kgs getting in the hotel, healthy shiny and full of life, he is a 5year old proud cane corso. Received him with low spirits a heavy cough,49kgs and with sores on his elbows. This place came highly recommended by reviews and I had visited twice, the facilities are great clean etc. Throughout his stay I was desperately trying to contact to receive info, I managed to talk to the owners twice and received only one video from his second day boarding showing he was ok. They had promised to place him in the largest kennels in my disappointment saw he was still in the mid sized ones upon pickup. His elbows in his front legs were both roughed up, we are taking antibiotics for kennel cough and applying cream daily to his sore elbows and trying to bring his spirits back up. My vet of 20years said he was probably on leash and pulling and has now also hurt his throat. Along with kennel cough. The owner mentioned to me after I made the complaint that some days prior another guests dog had kennel cough and thats how he got it but she failed to inform me of this incident up until the point of my complaint after pickup. Additionally one of the caretakers when he was handing him over asked me if he is social with other dogs, how is he asking me this? the dog has been there for 10days he should know that my dog is social playful and far from aggressive with other dogs and people. Meaning what? that he hadn’t left the kennel in 10days? I had chosen this place because they pride themselves in allowing dogs to socialise over supervision and that they play with the dogs. My dog came to me stressed malnourished and sick. This was my first and last visit to a pet boarding facility, it has left me feeling guilty and traumatised of what my dog endured. Its a no from me.

I bring my dog here on a regular basis, and i have to say, this is the best service for your furry friends that is available in Athens! The staff are super polite, the facilities are amazing and they have everything my dog or any other pet would ever need, from good food, a pool for the dogs to enjoy, a sprinkler system to keep the dogs cool when its too hot, grooming, educated and caring staff to help care for them and even train them if you would like. I had to go away on holiday for 2 weeks and i was worried how my dog would handle me being away for so long, but to my suprise when i come to pick her up after my holiday, it was hard to get her to leave! One thing is, is that it is a little bit hard to find, but i kind of expected that becuase it is quite a big peice of land. All in all i really appreciated the service estel provided and it really helped when i needed a place for my dog to stay, and i will definitely be going back again!

Amazing facilities providing a safe and friendly playground for the dogs to run freely, thus offering a great time to our four legged “kids” to properly socialize , always with and under professional surveillance; my timid Dalmatian-pup grew to become a friendly, well behaved and self-confident dog; THANK YOU for treating her with such love and respect, for “pampering” her every time she stays with you so she will not feel “not being home” : how I know that? If you know your dog - you know !!! ??

We’ve been lucky and we found this amazing place! The facilities are great and clean, there is always someone there to take care of the doggos and you can feel the great energy! Our dog is so happy and exhausted (because of running/playing) after his visit in Estel. Highly recommended ??
