F	Foggy Fog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα τις μεγάλες μπομπονιέρες Γυάλινο Διακοσμητικό Για Ρεσώ 12x12x12 κατά τη μεταφορά τους έσπασαν οι 2 και χτυπήθηκαν άλλες 2 από σφάλμα της μεταφορικής. Εδώ θα ήθελα να σημειώσω ότι δεν άνοιξα τα κουτιά να τις ελέγξω στη μεταφορική τις είδα αργότερα στο σπίτι. Η εταιρία Estelle Weddings μου τις αντικατέστησε και τις 4 σε λιγότερο από βδομάδα δωρεάν. Τέλεια και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! I bought the big bonbons Glass Decorative For Tealight 12x12x12 during their transport the 2 were broken and another 2 were hit due to a transport error. Here I would like to note that I did not open the boxes to check them at the transport I saw them later at home. My company Estelle Weddings replaced all 4 in less than a week for free. Perfect and prompt service, thank you very much!
I	Ioanna Boikou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν όλα υπέροχα έκλεισα όλα τα πακέτα για το γάμο μου από το estelle weddings ....νυφικό, σετ κουμπάρου και τους στολισμούς, παρανυφακι , μπομπονιέρες ,προσκλητήρια γενικά τα πάντα. Ήταν όλα άψογα η κυρία Μαρία με βοήθησε σε όλα όπως κ τα υπόλοιπα παιδιά. Το νυφικό τέλειο τα πάντα τέλεια πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια για τη βοήθεια και την εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν θα μπορούσα να έχω κάνει καλύτερη επιλογή . Σας ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς για όλα !!!
Κ	Κωνσταντίνα Κ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέρυσι το Πάσχα παραγγείλαμε με την ξαδέρφη μου λαμπάδα για τη βαφτιστήρα μας. Μ. Δευτέρα κάνουμε την παραγγελία και πληρώνουμε, ήρθε μόνο ένα αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης και έτσι Μ.Τρίτη τηλεφωνούμε στο κατάστημα για να ενημερωθούμε σχετικά με την αποστολή και μας λένε ότι θα μας ενημερώσουν. Μ.Πέμπτη μας καλούν να πάμε να παραλάβουμε τη λαμπάδα και εξηγούμε οτι έχουμε βάλει να αποσταλεί στη Θεσ/νικη, απαντάνε με ειρωνεία "οτι όπως είδατε δεν κάνουμε αποστολές και πρέπει να βρείτε εσείς τρόπο να την παραλάβετε" το γεγονός οτι το σύστημά τους μας άφησε κανονικά να επιλέξουμε να μας τη στείλουν και βάλαμε και τα στοιχεία αποστολής προφανώς τους άφησε αδιάφορους. Τελευταία στιγμή προσπαθούσαμε να μιλήσουμε με εταιρεία κουριερ η οποία φυσικά δεν μπορούσε να τη στείλει άμεσα και παραλάβαμε Τρίτη του Πάσχα, έχοντας φυσικά αγοράσει άλλη λαμπάδα. Η λαμπάδα εμφανισιακά δεν ήταν αυτό που περιμέναμε, αλλά δεν μας ενόχλησε αυτό τόσο όσο ο αντιεπαγγελματισμός, η αγένεια, η ειρωνεία και η αδιαφορία να εξυπηρετήσουν ενώ είχαν πληρωθεί. Ο λόγος που γράφω τώρα την κριτική, μετά από τόσο καιρό, είναι γιατί πρόσφατα φιλικό πρόσωπο, έτυχε της ίδιας αντιμετώπισης από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Last Easter my cousin and I ordered a candle for our baptism. On Monday we place the order and pay, only an automated confirmation message came and so on Tuesday we call the store to be informed about the shipment and they tell us that they will inform us. On Thursday they invite us to go and pick up the candle and explain that we have sent it to Thessaloniki, they answer with irony "that as you saw we do not send and you must find a way to receive it" the fact that our system normally let us choose to send it to us and we put and the shipping details obviously left them indifferent. At the last minute we were trying to talk to a courier company which of course could not send it immediately and we picked it up on Easter Tuesday, having of course bought another candle. The candle's appearance was not what we expected, but it did not bother us as much as the unprofessionalism, rudeness, irony and indifference to serve while they were paid. The reason I am writing the review now, after so long, is because recently a friendly person, received the same treatment from this particular store.

D	Dim Voul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Estelle twice and both times I had a bad experience. The first was a case of waiting for a long time to receive the wrong item and the second a was a pure case of misadvertisement of their products
