Will never get my money back but I can at least tell everyone to avoid this business at all costs. Below see the answer of the owner who claims that my review is false. Let me assure you it is not false. I don't know what "legal action" they are referring to, I explored potential legal action to get my money back from them and found that they had found the perfect way to rig the system. So hey, maybe they'll find a way to sue a google user for making a perfectly valid review.

They will rob you blind, then ignore all contacts and try every sneaky trick in the book to absolve themselves of guilt and responsibility.
I am certain that all the other reviewers are fake or work for this company, as I know for a fact that many other families have been scammed by Estia and their second name Vermillion IKE.
I have never in my life seen such shameless, greedy, disrespectful and completely dishonest behavior.
To clarify, the above statements about Estia's dishonest behavior are completely true. By writing this review I hope future clients will avoid dealing with them in order to save huge amounts of time, money and avoid significant stress. I will not be bullied into removing this review!
