★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, we chose to try it because of the reviews. Firstly, you need to reserve. Not easy to find a table. The staff is very friendly. We ordered wild boar with onions ( stifado), but definitely wasn't at all wild! Sure okay cooked but not wild. The salad, rootbeats was cold. The veal with rice was fine. Very good wine from Tyrnavos. The toilets are cleaned, but old fashioned style. You need extra skills to use it. The prices were so and so. Not cheap nor expensive.

The portions were big and at reasonable prices!
This place is popular for its meat dishes, however it offered a few delicious VEGAN options.
The only negative was the bustle...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite and one of the best taverns around Thessaloniki. I come here almost every year when I am close. Here you can find the highest quality meat in this area. They have specialties you don't find too often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The city was so hot so we decided to go up the mountain to get a cool breeze. That was an excellent decision, with the help of the amazing food and company. The portion is generous, any meat dish (roasted or grilled) will not disappoint. I am still dreaming about the pit roast pork, easily the top 3 meat dish I've had in Greece.
