Το δέσιμο με τους άλλους μαθητές η ενεργειακή ροή μεταξύ μας ισχυροποιεί την πρακτική άσκηση με όλα τα θετικά αποτελέσματα. Ο χώρος είναι τόσο μελετημένα φτιαγμένος, το χρώμα τα αντικείμενα τα υλικά που έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί που βοηθούν την ψυχική και πνευματικη γαλήνη ώστε το σώμα να αποδώσει το μέγιστο. Μπορώ να πω με βεβαιότητα ότι η ζωή μου έγινε πιο όμορφη. Σας ευχαριστώ ether yoga shala.
My experience was really perfect. Experience and deep knowledge in yoga are what characterize the teacher Theodora Kontarini. Bonding with other students the energy flow between us strengthens the internship with all the positive results. The space is so deliberately made, the color the objects the materials that have been used that help the mental and spiritual peace so that the body performs to the maximum.
