d	dimitris tsapournis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει πολύ κόσμο και δεν συνιστάτε να πάτε στο συγκεκριμένο και κεντρικό κατάστημα της εθνικής. οι υπάλληλοι έχουν την διάθεση να εξυπηρετησουν, άλλα ο όγκος της δουλειάς είναι τόσο μεγάλος που δεν προλαβαίνουν 2 αστερια στην γενική εικόνα της τράπεζας. 4 αστερια για την προσπάθεια των υπάλληλων της. It is very crowded and you do not recommend going to the specific and central store of the national. the employees are in the mood to serve, but the workload is so large that they do not catch 2 stars in the general image of the bank. 4 stars for the effort of its employees.

Μετά από θέμα με την κάρτα μου, και ενώ τα κάνω όλα ηλεκτρονικά, αναγκάστηκα να επισκεφτώ το κατάστημα. Η security στην πόρτα παρόλο που της είπα ότι δεν έχω κλείσει ραντεβού, μου λέει πέρνα και πήγαινε στα κενά γραφεία θα σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Μπαίνω και έρχεται ένας ''κύριος'' μου λέει κλείσατε ραντεβού; Λέω όχι αλλά έχω ένα θέμα με την κάρτα μου και πρέπει να κάνω κάποιες συναλλαγές σήμερα. Αα πρέπει να κλείσετε ραντεβού, μου λέει. Τα γραφεία εντωμεταξύ κενά, και το δικό του μαζί. Για δυο λεπτά υπόθεση του κάνω πρέπει να κλείσω ραντεβού; Που ξέρετε ότι είναι δυο λεπτά, ξέρετε τα συστήματά μας; Και βέβαια του κάνω έχω κάνει πρακτική στην Εθνική. Έχουν αλλάξει από τότε τα πράγματα μου κάνει. Καλά λέω, να είστε καλά, καλή συνέχεια. Τελικά το πρόβλημά μου λύθηκε απ το ΑΤΜ. Ας τα κλείσουν τα καταστήματά τους, να ησυχάσουμε, τα μηχανήματα έχουν περισσότερο μυαλό και ευγένεια από τους βολεμένους. The pandemic sat well with them.
