Ετσι και αλλιως αχρηστο ειναι...ενα ταμειο, με την πιο αργη υπαλληλο που μπορεις να φανταστείς και τους υπολοιπους τρεις απλα να περιφερονται ακουγοντας....Ρυθμο στο ραδιο!!!! Για γελια και για κλαματα!!! if it were possible I would not put any asterisk. CLOSE THE BRANCH !!!! It's useless anyway ... a cash register, with the slowest employee you can imagine and the other three just wandering around listening .... Rhythm on the radio !!!! For laughs and cries !!!
g	greeceforever greeceforever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ δυστυχως το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα κινειται με ρυθμους εθνικης..90 τις προαλλες ρωτησα για ανοιγμα λογαριασμου κ ο υπευθυνος ταμειων με παρεπεμψε να κλεισουμε λει ραντεβου!!! προφανως για να δει σε ποιον απο τους συναδελφους θα μας πασαρει... γενικα το υφος των υπαλληλων ..δημοσιουπαλληλικο.. ουδεις θελει να εξυπηρετησει επι της ουσιας... ΚΛΕΙΣΤΕ ΤΟ ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΑ unfortunately this store is moving at national rates..90 the other day i asked for an account opening and the cashier told me to close the appointment !!! obviously to see which of our colleagues will pass us by ... the general tone of officials ..dimosioupalliliko .. nobody wants to serve on the merits ... SHUT THE BEST
L	Lydia Mylonaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο σε κατάστημα τράπεζας έχω πάει. Αγενέστατοι υπάλληλοι, καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί και ανίδεοι. Και τις δύο φορές που πήγα δεν ολοκλήρωσα τη δουλειά που είχα καθώς αρνήθηκαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. The worst in a bank store I've gone. Older employees, not at all helpful and ignorant. And the two times I went I did not complete the job I had as they refused to serve me.
C	Christopher Trixopetsidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μίλησα με την εξυπηρέτηση στο τηλέφωνο για απώλεια κωδικών internet. Και μου είπαν να πάω με κάποια χαρτιά στο κατάστημα. Έκλεισα την επιχείρηση μου, έφαγα 2 ώρες σε ουρά λόγο covid για να ακούσω ότι τα χαρτιά που τους πήγα δεν τους φτάνουν και θέλαν αλλά 5! Φυσικά και δεν έκανα δουλειά αλλά ούτε πρόκειται να ξανασχοληθω! I talked to the service on the phone about losing internet codes. And they told me to go to the store with some papers. I closed my business, I ate in line for 2 hours because of covid to hear that the papers I sent them are not enough and they wanted but 5! Of course I did not do a job but I am not going to do it again!

The director told a gentleman who complained that it reminded him of Marfin's case! After a single visit I decided to withdraw the money I had in the account and give my salary to another bank!

Ειμαι πελατισα σε πολλες τραπεζες η συγκεκριμενη παραμενει απαραδεκτη.το ενα αστερι ειναι μονο για τον ταμια που παντα ειναι ευγενικος. καμμια εξυπηρετηση κανενα ενδιαφερον και τωρα ειδικα με τον covidτο γλεντανε αφηνοντας εξω τον κοσμο να περιμενει ακομα κι αν το καταστημα ειναι αδειο το χειροτερο υποκαταστημα ολων.Κανεις δεν βγαινει να ρωτησει για τα ραντεβου ακομα κι αν προσπαθουν να τους καλεσουν.Κανεις δε βγαινει γιανα προωθησει τις καρτες για τα μηχανηματα και ο κοσμος περιμενει σε μια σειρα.ολα αυτα γινονται σε αλλες τραπεζεςντροπη The worst branch! I am a customer of many banks, this one remains unacceptable. A star is only for the cashier who is always polite. no service no interest and now especially with covidto they were partying leaving the people outside to wait even if the store is empty the worst branch of all. No one goes out to ask about appointments even if they try to call them. the cards for the machines and the people are waiting in a row. all this is done in other banks
