★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις εργαζόμενες που κάνουν την πρακτική τους να τις μάθετε/εκπαιδεύσετε τα βασικά η έστω κανονικά έπρεπε να ξέρουν τα βασικά ενός τραπεζικού συστήματος πως δουλεύει. Δηλαδή είναι τραγικό να ενοχλεί και να διακοπεί έναν μόνιμο υπάλληλο από την εργασία του συνεχώς. Επιτέλους εκπαιδεύσετε σωστά το νέο σας προσωπικό.
Employees who do their internship to learn / train the basics or at least normally should have known the basics of a banking system how it works. That is, it is tragic to constantly harass and terminate an employee from his job. Finally train your new staff properly.
