P	Paul Vossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βρεθήκαμε χθές και παραγγείλαμε 2 πίτσες. Ο χώρος είναι εξαιρετικός και η κοπέλα που μας σέρβιρε, πολύ ευγενική. Διαπιστώσαμε όμως ότι δεν φοράνε γάντια όταν παρασκευάζεται η πίτσα. Μού είπε ο σεφ, ότι μετά ψήνεται και ό,τι μικρόβια υπάρχουν, πεθαίνουν. Τους ζήτησα να βάλουν γάντια, γιατί δεν μου αρέσει αυτός ο τρόπος. Ήθελα να του πώ ότι σε super market τα κρέατα που αγοράζουμε και θα ψηθούν, τα παίρνουν με γάντια. Βέβαια όταν τοποθετούν την πίτσα στο κουτί, το σπρώχνουν πάλι με γυμνά χέρια! Μετά μιλούσε ο σεφ στο κινητό του και μετά πάλι έπιανε το τυρί, τα μανιτάρια , ΟΛΑ με γυμνά χέρια.!!!! Και είχε το θράσος να πεί ότι ακολουθεί όλα τα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα. Σε show cooking! Νομίζω ότι η ιδιοκτησία πρέπει άμεσα να επιληφθεί του θέματος. Είμαστε σε εποχές με covid, διάφορα, είμαστε προβληματισμένοι και πρέπει να προσέχουμε. Αναφέρομαι στο κατάστημα στην Μιχαλακοπούλου. We met yesterday and ordered 2 pizzas. The place is great and the girl who served us, very kind. But we found that they do not wear gloves when making pizza. The chef told me that after it is cooked and whatever germs are there, they die. I asked them to put on gloves, because I do not like this way. I wanted to tell him that in the supermarket the meats we buy and will be cooked, they take them with gloves. Of course when they put the pizza in the box, they push it again with bare hands! Then the chef was talking on his cell phone and then he was catching the cheese, the mushrooms again, EVERYTHING with bare hands !!!! And he had the audacity to say that he follows all the health protocols. In show cooking! I think property should be addressed immediately. We are in times with covid, different, we are concerned and we must be careful. I am referring to the store in Michalakopoulou.
A	Argyris Zafiropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανακαλύψαμε το ETIEN PIZZA BAR μόλις πρόσφατα και καταρχάς δοκιμάσαμε να κλείσουμε τραπέζι στο Ψυχικό όπου μια ευγενική κυρία μας είπε ότι εκεί έχουν μόνο τρία τραπέζια και αν θέλαμε μεγάλο χώρο να πάμε στα αλλά δυο στην Μιχαλακοπούλου η στην Κηφισιά όπου έχουν μεγάλους χώρους και τραπέζια σε εξωτερικό χώρο. Για λόγους ευκολίας , είμαστε τρία άτομα από διαφορετικές περιοχές, πήγαμε στην Μιχαλακοπούλου όπου είχαμε κλείσει τραπέζι μέσα. Η πρώτη εντύπωση θετική με τεράστια σάλα, μεγάλη μπάρα , τραπέζια έξω και νέα παιδιά για προσωπικό τα οποία ταχύτατα μας οδήγησαν στο τραπέζι , μας έφεραν νερό και παγάκια και παραγγείλαμε ένα μπουκάλι κρασί . Για φαγητό παραγγείλαμε μια πίτσα San Daniele με σάλτσα ντομάτας S. Marzano, μοτσαρέλα , προσούτο San Daniele , ρόκα , παρμεζάνα και τοματινια. Μια σαλάτα Rucola με ρόκα, τοματινια, προσούτο , παρμεζάνα και βινεγκρέτ βαλσαμικο ενώ ακολούθησε επίσης και μια καρμπονάρα με ιταλική πανσέτα , παρμεζάνα, κρόκο αυγού και μαϊντανό. Όλα αυτά συνοδεύθηκαν με μια υπέροχη Μαλαγουζιά. Η πίτσα είχε αφράτη λεπτή ζύμη και ήταν πολύ ωραία , η καρμπονάρα εννοείται χωρίς κρέμα γάλακτος μια από τις καλύτερες που έχω δοκιμάσει σε όλη την Ευρώπη συγκρίσιμη με καλά εστιατόρια στην Ιταλία, ενώ η σαλάτα δροσερή αλλά της έλλειπε λίγο βινεγκρέτ για να την απογείωση. Μια πολύ ωραία γευστική εμπειρία την οποία με χαρά θα την επαναλάβουμε για να δοκιμάσουμε και άλλες γεύσεις! Το προσωπικό ταχύτατο, γελαστό και οι τιμές καλές. We discovered ETIEN PIZZA BAR only recently and first we tried to book a table in Psychiko where a kind lady told us that there are only three tables and if we wanted a large space to go to but two in Michalakopoulou or Kifissia where they have large spaces and tables abroad space. For convenience, we are three people from different areas, we went to Michalakopoulou where we had booked a table inside. The first impression was positive with a huge hall, a large bar, tables outside and new kids for staff who quickly led us to the table, brought us water and ice cubes and we ordered a bottle of wine. For dinner we ordered a San Daniele pizza with S. Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, San Daniele prosciutto, arugula, parmesan and cherry tomatoes. A Rucola salad with arugula, tomato, prosciutto, parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette followed by a carbonara with Italian pancetta, parmesan, egg yolk and parsley. All this was accompanied by a wonderful Malagouzia. The pizza had a fluffy thin dough and was very nice, the carbonara means without cream one of the best I have tried in all of Europe comparable to good restaurants in Italy, while the salad was fresh but lacked a little vinaigrette to take it off. A very nice tasting experience which we will gladly repeat to try other flavors! The staff is very fast, smiling and the prices are good.

The dough is very thin and the pizza itself is delicious, maybe too juicy, but I liked it. The main downside of this place in my eyes is that the pizza people don't wear gloves. I am silent about the lack of a headdress in a man. The dough is taken, the filling is laid down and all with bare hands. When we asked to wear gloves, we received the answer that all microbes would die in the stove! And also dissatisfied looks in our direction and indignation. It's just a nightmare! During the coronavirus and monkeypox, in a pizzeria, the staff working with food does not wear gloves !!! The cook and his assistant put on gloves while preparing only our pizza, then defiantly removed them. At the same time, in the interval of cooking, these people pick up foreign objects, delivery boxes, a bottle of water for personal use, the front door to the kitchen opens, or the most disgusting thing is a mobile phone. I managed to take a photo of the chef with the phone in his hands. The result is that if you do not disdain to eat pizza prepared in violation of sanitary standards, then I think the atmosphere and taste of pizza will not disappoint.
