★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a 1 hour spa pedicure here including nail polish. Had the feeling that they rushed because my nail polish got damaged two times and they didn’t wait in between the layers of polish. That’s why it didn’t dry properly. Also they didn’t remove my calluses and dead skin from my feet. They give me free slippers the nail polish colors were nice. I wouldn’t come back in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a massage - it was indeed relaxing, but done very softly and felt more like caressing instead of a real massage, still nice though.
What was extremely disappointing for my friend and me was that as we were deciding back and forth whether to get the 25 minutes massage (35€) or the 55 minutes one (50€) in front of the staff, they didn't even mention to us that the longer one would only cost us five bucks more than the short one because we were guests of Hotel Albatros, even though they knew that and also noted down our room number! Only found out about that a few hours after getting our massage, really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had at appointment to get me and my friends hair coloured from bleached to white. In the picture you can see us being happy. This is because the service was superb, and so were the expectations.
The result was good! I was happy with my hair. The critical thing is that after 2 days (!) our hair was back to the old colour!!! Despite Euphoria promising us 30 days. We paid 15€ each for 2 days. Expensive if you ask me.
The two stars we give is for the French lady and the service. They were both nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our time here! We chose the 180 euro couples package. 30 min in the hot tub, sauna, and hamam (steam room) with a bottle of champagne. Followed by a very relaxing hour massage and finished with a pedicure. Really lovely place to visit, especially after our stressful day.
