S	Sagiakos Dimitris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να κάνετε κατι σύντομα γιατί αυτοι οι αριθμοί προτεραιότητας (Α005 κλπ) το μόνο που επιφέρουν είναι επιπλέον νεύρα και καθυστέρηση στον πελάτη που περιμένει υπομονετικά την σειρά του... Βάλτε τουλάχιστον δύο ταμεία γιατί με το ένα σχηματίζεται ουρά πολύ εύκολα, και μετά αν θέλετε βάλτε και προτεραιότητα άλλων πελατών.. δε γίνεται δουλειά με ένα μόνο ταμείο σε μια περιοχή που είναι αμιγώς business.. Do something soon because these priority numbers (A005 etc) only bring extra nerves and delay to the customer who is patiently waiting for his turn ... Put at least two funds, because one is tailored very easily, and then if you wish. give priority to other clients .. no single cashier works in a purely business area ..

Ουρές ατέλειωτες , υπάλληλοι που κάθονται σε γραφεία χωρίς να κάνουν κάτι και η μοναδική ταμίας να προσπαθεί να εξυπηρετήσει όλο τον κόσμο . Ντροπή στην διεύθυνση και στη Eurobank Tragic service. The cashiers (probably the one and only cashier) are the only ones working in there. Endless queues, employees sitting in offices without doing anything and the only cashier trying to serve everyone. Shame on the management and Eurobank

Β	ΒΑΣΙΛΗΣ ΣΙΝΙΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάνε με ρυθμούς κολωνακιου .ηρεμα και ωραία λες και είμαστε σε παραλία σε διακοπές .παντα ένας ταμίας και απ το πουθενά εκεί που περιμένεις ώρες το νούμερο σου πετάγεται στα ξαφνικά ένα Α 3 και λέει είναι πελάτης σε Α προτεραιότητα και περιμένεις άλλο τόσο They go at a rocking pace. Calm and nice as if we're on a beach vacation. Everybody's a cashier and out of nowhere you wait for your number to suddenly drop to an A3 and say it's a priority customer and wait so much longer.

Το μεγαλυτερο αστερι απο ολα η Κυρια Αγα, υπευθυνη δανειων που ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ ΙΔΕΑ απο δανεια. Μου εβγαλε και χαρτι μαλιστα και μου εκανε σχεδιο να καταλαβω οτι ενω το δανειο μου ληγει τον Οκτωβρη θα παρει παραταση και θα μεταφερθουν οι δοσεις 4 μηνες μετα, μεχρι τον Φεβρουαριο. Φυσικα κατι τετοιο δεν ισχυε, πηρα τηλεφωνο στο αρμοδιο τμημα και ενημερωθηκα σωστα. Μετα προσπαθουσαν να υπολογισουν τους τοκους με εναν αλλον συναδελφο της, αλλα νουμερα εβγαζε εκεινη, αλλα ο συναδελφος της. Αγανακτησα τοσο που πηγα την επομενη μερα και εκανα αποπληρωμη ολοκληρου του δανειου. Αμα θες να παραπληροφορηθεις και γενικα να χαλασεις τον χρονο σου ασκοπα (με πολυ μεγαλα ποσοστα επιτυχιας σε αυτο το καταστημα), η Eurobank Βουκουρεστιου is the place to be! Ιδιωτικη τραπεζα με αρωμα "δημοσιου". By far the worst Eurobank store in Athens. I don't know where to start! The biggest star of all is Kyriaki Aga, loan manager who has NO IDEA of loans. He even took out a paper from me and made me plan to understand that while my loan expires in October, it will be extended and the installments will be transferred 4 months later, until February. Of course, this was not the case, I called the relevant department and was properly informed. Then they tried to calculate the interest with another colleague, but she was number one, but her colleague. I was so outraged that I went the next day and paid off my entire loan.
