M	Marilena T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση στο εν λόγω κατάστημα είναι απαράδεκτη γενικότερα τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια. Περίμενα 45 λεπτά στην ουρά για να μπω μέσα για μια κατάθεση σε αυτόματο μηχάνημα συναλλαγών διάρκειας 2 λεπτών για να βγει η υπάλληλος στην πόρτα να ανακοινώσει σ εμένα κι αλλους 2-3 που περιμέναν προφανώς περισσότερο ότι "Η ωρα είναι 2, κλείσαμε, ελάτε αύριο." Ας έβγαινε νωρίτερα να μας πει πόσοι θα προλαβουν να εξυπηρετηθούν όπως γίνεται στα υπόλοιπα καταστήματα της Eurobank στην πόλη και σε όλες τις υπόλοιπες τράπεζες. Μειώνετε που μειώνετε το προσωπικό και κάνετε τη ζωή μας δύσκολη κρατήστε τουλάχιστον τους ευγενείς ή έστω κάντε τους καμια συσταση οι καλοί τους τρόποι να μην περιορίζονται μονάχα στην ανανέωση προθεσμιακων. The service in this store is generally unacceptable for the last 2 years. I waited in line for 45 minutes to get in for a 2 minute deposit at a vending machine for the clerk at the door to announce to me and 2-3 others who were obviously waiting longer that "Time is 2, we're closed, come tomorrow . " Let him come out earlier to tell us how many will be able to be served as is done in the other Eurobank branches in the city and in all the other banks. Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ ΚΑΤΣΙΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρίν μεταβώ στο εν λόγω κατάστημα και διαβάζοντας τις κριτικές ένιωθα ότι θα είχα μια δύσκολή ημέρα. Τουναντίον, και παρότι το δύσκολο της υπόθεσης μου (μετατροπή λογαριασμού όψεως σε ταμιευτηρίου διαδικασία που είχε γίνει στην Αθήνα πρίν από είκοσι και πλέον χρόνια) οι κυρίες ΜΟΥΤΣΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ Ελένη και ΑΡΓΥΡΙΟΥ Μαγδαληνή, παρά τα πολλά τηλεφωνήματα και εγκρίσεις που έπρεπε να πάρουν, με χαμόγελο, με γνώσεις, αλλά κυρίως με διάθεση εξυπηρετήσεως, κατάφεραν να με κάνουν να συμπαθήσω την εν λόγω τράπεζα. Τις ευχαριστώ και πάλι μέσα από το site της Τράπεζας και της εύχομαι να έχουν υγεία και κάθε καλό στην προσωπική και επαγγελματική τους πορεία. Γ	ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΧΡΙΣΤΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Προσωπικό και διευθυντής.Υφος και τουπέ. Για μια υπόθεση λεπτών, αρνήθηκαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν με αστείες προφασεις κ. δικαιολογίες. Σημειωτέον την επόμενη μέρα βρέθηκα στη Θεσσαλονίκη και εξυπηρετηθηκα άμεσα για τον ίδιο λόγο, στο κατάστημα της Τσιμισκή. Απορεσαν κι οι ίδιοι γιατί δεν μου δώσανε λύση στο κατάστημα της πόλης μου. Ντράπηκα.!!! Κριμα!!! Unacceptable. Staff and manager. Style and toupee. For a matter of minutes, they refused to serve me with funny pretexts and excuses. It should be noted that the next day I was in Thessaloniki and I was immediately served for the same reason, at the Tsimiski store. They liked it too because they did not give me a solution in the store of my city. I was ashamed. !!! Pity!!!
P	Paraskevi Kosti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετικό Περίμενα 5 λεπτά να σκαναρουν τα πιστοποιητικά ενώ δεν είχε κόσμο μέσα. (Λέει 5 άτομα και ήμασταν 3) The staff was not helpful at all I waited 5 minutes for the certificates to be scanned while there was no crowd inside. (Says 5 people and we were 3)
G	Geri Cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ένα αστέρι είναι πάρα πολύ. Αφού πήρα 5 με 6 φορές τηλέφωνο και δεν απαντούσε κανενας αναγκάστηκα να κουβαλήσω μαζί και την κόρη μου και να παω από εκεί. Συνάντησα μια άκρως εριστική υπάλληλο (η κυρια στο πρώτο γραφείο όπως μπαίνεις στο αριστερά) η οποία αφού με ενημέρωσε ότι δεν απαντάνε τα τηλέφωνα κι ότι πρέπει να τους στείλω e-mail όταν τη ρώτησα πώς είναι δυνατόν να το ξέρω εγώ αυτό μου είπε ότι το γράφει έξω από την πόρτα... Επίσης με ειρωνευτηκε αν θέλω να κρατήσει τη τράπεζα ανοιχτή για εμένα και με σχολίασε αρνητικά με τη κυρία που δουλευε από πίσω της λέγοντας ότι "Σήμερα όλοι έρχονται κάπως φορτωμένοι" πράγμα με το οποίο συμφώνησε και η πίσω υπάλληλος. Και όλα αυτά 1,5 ώρα πριν κλείσει η τράπεζα... One star is too much. After I got on the phone 5 to 6 times and no one answered, I had to carry my daughter with me and go from there.
