Αυτό λέει πολλά για την δομή μιας επιχείρησης. Could someone explain to me why these stores exist? Employees scared and at the same time apathetic ... Με πρόσχημα τον covid έχουν γίνει χειρότεροι κ από τους δημόσιους υπαλλήλους. Αδιαφορία κ Άγιος ο Θεός. Κ μετά θέλουν να πουλήσουν κ ασφάλειες.... Είναι να γελάει κανείς. Nobody cares about you. Whether you want help or not, they do not care. They do not get up from their offices with anything. Under the pretext of covid, they have become worse than the civil servants. Indifference Mr. Holy God. Then they want to sell insurance .... It's to laugh.

P	Piyi Skiada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θέμα και μάλιστα σοβαρό! Όχι μόνο στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα αλλά γενικώς η τράπεζα έχει «βαρέσει» διάλυση! Δεν σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα, τα τηλεφωνήματα των πελατών προωθούνται στο κέντρο (αν είσαι τυχερός) και η εξυπηρέτηση γίνεται αναλόγως του αιτήματος (όταν πρόκειται να πάρουν χρήμα) και σε παραπέμπουν σε συγκεκριμένο υπάλληλο δίνοντας το κινητό του για να σε εξυπηρετήσει! ΣΟΒΑΡΕΥΤΕΙΤΕ!!! Subject and even serious! Not only in this particular store but in general the bank is "bored" of dissolution! They do not pick up the phones, the customers' phone calls are forwarded to the center (if you are lucky) and the service is done according to the request (when they are going to get money) and they refer you to a specific employee giving his mobile phone to serve you! GET SERIOUS !!!
p	paris tsoukalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υποδειγματική εξυπηρέτηση, υπάλληλοι ευδιάθετοι και χαμογελαστοί. Ειδικά η κοπέλα στο ταμείο ήταν πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκα. Χειρίζονται επίσης το ζήτημα των ασφαλιστικών πακέτων με γνόμωνα τις ανάγκες του πελάτη και όχι ευκαιριακά με στόχο μόνο τους πωλησιακούς στόχους. Συνεχίστε την καλή δουλειά! Exemplary service, employees cheerful and smiling. Especially the girl at the checkout was willing to serve in whatever I needed. They also handle the issue of insurance packages with customer needs in mind and not just for sales purposes. Keep up the good work!
