R	Rs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη η υπάλληλος εν ονόματι Σβώλη Ανδρονίκη, στην προσπάθεια μου να βγάλω κάρτα επέμενε πως έχουν αλλάξει τα πράγματα και για την έκδοση κάρτας ΑΠΑΙΤΕΙΤΑΙ να πληρωθούν 30€ για την ασφάλεια του πρώτου χρόνου (ασφάλεια σε περίπτωση κλοπής κτλ). Την ρώτησα επανειλημμένα αν γίνεται να εκδοθεί η κάρτα χωρίς να πληρωθεί η ασφάλεια και επέμενε πως ΔΕΝ γίνεται. Όταν αποφάσισα να ακυρώσω την κάρτα αρχικά υποστήριζε πως δεν γίνεται, εν συνεχεία είπε ότι γίνεται τελικά και η αναμονή για να γίνει η ακύρωση ήταν πολύ μεγάλη. Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα, μόνο ένα ταμείο εξυπηρετούσε, απαράδεκτη και ψεύτρα και η συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος, αλλά και ο διευθυντής της τράπεζας. Ντροπή σας! ΑΠΟΦΥΓΕΤΕ την τράπεζα αυτή ΟΠΩΣΔΗΠΟΤΕ. Η υπάλληλος με πρόσχημα ότι πρέπει να κάνω μια μικρή κατάθεση 30 eur για να ενεργοποιηθεί ο λογαριασμός με χρέωσε 30 eur ασφαλιστήριο safe wallet χωρίς να με ενημερώσει καθόλου. Μεγάλη εξαπάτηση καθώς δεν με ενημέρωσε καθόλου γι αυτό, ήταν απλά άλλη μία υπογραφή από τις 10 που έβαλα. Ευτυχώς δουλεύω σαν ασφαλιστικός πράκτορας και γνωρίζω πως έχω δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης στις 14 μέρες. Δυστυχώς κατόπιν ενημέρωσης σε πολύ κόσμο έμαθα πως είναι κλασική συμπεριφορά της τράπεζας.
