★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα άθλια, απορώ πώς υπάρχει αυτή η τράπεζα ακόμα. Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω αυτόν που έβαλε 4 αστέρια... Αν είναι μέτοχος της τράπεζας βέβαια το παίρνω πίσω.
All miserable, I wonder how this bank still exists. I can't understand the one who put 4 stars ... If he is a bank shareholder, of course I take it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια υπαλληλος σε αυτο το υποκαταστημα σου μιλαει στον ενικο λες και ειστε φιλες για καφε. Η καθυστερησεις για την εξυπηρετηση απλων διαδικασιων ειναι απιστευτες. Η εισοδος της τραπεζας μυριζει κατουρο. Απλα ειναι το χειροτερο υποκαταστημα απο οποιαδηποτε τραπεζα που ειχα την ατυχια να συναστραφω.
An employee in this branch talks to you and you are kisses for coffee. Delays in serving simple procedures are unbelievable. The entrance of the bank smells bad. It's just the worst branch of any bank I've had the misfortune to cope with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα με έχει εκνευρίσει αρκετά, διότι εδώ και 6 μήνες σχεδόν ,με ταλαιπωρούν, ο ένας με στέλνει στον άλλον, για να μου δώσουν μια απάντηση σχετικά με την οφειλή του δανείου μου. ίσως τελικά να μην ξέρουν να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους.
Το πρόβλημα μου δεν είναι μόνο με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα αλλά γενικώς η τακτική-στρατηγική της Eurobank.
This particular store has irritated me a lot, because for almost 6 months now, they have been bothering me, one sending me to the other, to give me an answer about the debt of my loan. maybe in the end they don't know how to do their job.
My problem is not only with this particular store but generally the Eurobank's tactical strategy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι απαράδεκτο σαν υποκατάστημα. Το υποκατάστημα έχει ήλιο μέχρι το μεσημέρι. Δεν έχει ούτε μια καρέκλα από εξω, ούτε ένα σκιάστρο, δύο φορές έχω κάτσει μέσα στον ηλιο, όρθια για 50 λεπτά (την κάθε φορά). Την πρώτη φορά ο κόσμος είχε αγανακτισει, χτυπούσε τα τζάμια, πήρε τηλ...τώρα έκανα εγώ παρατήρηση και η υπάλληλος μου είπε πως τα έχουν μεταφέρει ήδη στους ιθύνοντες τα παραπονα και δεν εξαρτάται από εκείνους.
It is unacceptable as a branch. The branch is sunny until noon. It has neither an outside chair nor a sunshade, I have twice sat in the sun, standing for 50 minutes (each time). The first time people were indignant, they were knocking on the windows, they got on the phone ... now I was making a remark and the employee told me that they have already conveyed them to those responsible for the complaints and it does not depend on them.
