Το προσωπικό είναι πρόθυμο αλλά λόγω κατάστασης υπάρχει σοβαρή καθυστέρηση σε ότι κ αν χρειαστεί. Με ένα κατάστημα σε τόσο μεγάλη ακτίνα υπάρχει γενικά θέμα. There must be a second machine that allows all transactions. The staff is willing but due to the situation there is a serious delay in whatever is needed. With a store in such a large radius there is generally an issue.

Μου είπαν οταν μπουν τα λεφτα θα σου βγάλουμε κάρτα ATM επιτόπου σε 5 λεπτά. Σήμερα μου λένε δεν μπορούμε. Είχε έρθει το προσωπικό τις δουλειά μου και βγάλανε λογοριασμο Και κάρτα μαζί γιατί σε εμενα όχι ρωτάω ενώ άνοιξα και μου ειπανε όταν μπουν τα λεφτα θα σου βγάλουμε. β	βασιληs “VΒ” Βασιλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν επισκέπτομαι πολύ συχνά το κατάστημα αλλά όσες φορές πήγα η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή από όλους .Ειδικά η κα Πρασίνου με έχει βοηθήσει άψογα όποτε χρειάστηκε σε διάφορες υπηρεσίες .Θέλει λίγο υπομονή γενικά λόγω της όλης κατάστασης αλλά με ρεντεβου δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα . Και μετά από μερικές μέρες έφτασε ταχυδρομικώς πιστωτική κάρτα στο σπίτι μου, δεν θυμάμαι να την ζήτησα. Χρεωστική ήθελα, πιστωτική μου ήρθε. Νομίζω σε αυτό το κατάστημα πολλοί το έχουν ζήσει αυτό. S	Serghei Osipov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Eurobank I have ever visited, have been their customer for many years, twice now this specific branch refused to help me, once, a month ago when they closed the doors 45 minutes earlier than they were suppose to, and today when after entering and waiting for half an hour (all desks occupied) they told me that if no one is free within 2 minutes (14.30) I would have to come the next day. This is unacceptable, if I entered your store before closing hour, you are suppose to help me with my request, especially a menial one that takes less than 5 minutes. Shame on you.
