E	Elisa Lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il loro Atm di Thyra mi sequestra il bancomat di sabato sera alle 22: al telefono fino alle 23 con un operatore del loro call center che parla a malapena 3 parole di inglese e ne capisce ancora meno, e alla fine mi dice "chiama la tua banca in Italia e blocca il tuo bancomat". Alla minaccia di chiamare la polizia mi dice di aver fatto una richiesta particolare per aprire il bancomat e recuperare la carta martedì mattina, all'apertura di 1 delle 2 filiali "operative" di tutta l'isola. Martedì mattina ci rechiamo in filiale, dove l'unico addetto allo sportello dopo 5 minuti smette di ignorarci e ci chiede che vogliamo: gli spiego l'accaduto e dice di chiamare il suo supervisore. Dopo 10 minuti appare un tipo che ci ignora e si mette alla scrivania a fare telefonate. Dopo altri 20 minuti chiedo all'addetto allo sportello, che è sempre con lo stesso cliente da quando siamo entrati, che fine ha fatto il suo supervisore: con sdegno mi fa cenno che è quel tipo alla scrivania. Io mi arrabbio e gli dico che ce lo poteva dire, comunque mi rivolgo al "supervisor" il quale, dopo aver fatto finta di interessarsi alla questione mi dice che siccome sul bancomat non c'è il mio nome e cognome,e se anche l'avessero recuperato non avrebbe potuto rendermelo. Alla fine mi hanno fatto perdere 1 ora al telefono con un operatore incompetente, 35 minuti in fila ad aspettare che uno sportellista cafone parlasse e mi hanno presa in giro 3 giorni, oltre ad avermi arrecato il danno di temerni senza il bancomat all'inizio della vacanza. Sarebbe da chiedergli i danni. VI AUGURO DI FARE LA FINE CHE VI MERITATE, CIOÈ DI FALLIRE, MASSA DI INCAPACI. Λογαριασμό θες? Στο ταμείο. Επιταγές θες? Στο ταμείο. Παίρνεις τηλέφωνο το σηκώνει αυτή η "εξαιρετική" κυρία και αφού ρωτήσεις οτιδήποτε σε συνδέει... Με Κάιρο... Και τις 4(!) φορές που θα πάρεις!!! Οι κύριοι που με εξυπηρέτησαν ήταν ευδιάθετοι και πρόθυμοι να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Ήταν φιλικοί και cool χαρακτήρες. Τελείωσα τη δουλειά μου σε πολύ λίγο χρόνο και δεν έμεινα με αναπάντητα ερωτήματα. Όσον αφορά το κατάστημα στην ευθεία Φηρών-Πύργου, είχα μια άθλια εμπειρία που δεν περιγράφεται με λόγια. Οι τύποι που το απαρτίζουν είναι ρατσιστές και χωρίς όρεξη για δουλειά. Με ταλαιπωρούσαν 3 μέρες για τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα και στο τέλος δεν έβγαλα και άκρη. Regarding the store in the center of Fira, I had an excellent and excellent experience. (Εύχομαι να μην ενοχληθούν που χρησιμοποίησα τα ονόματα τους). Συγχαρητήρια στη Eurobank για το προσωπικό της!!! Usually when you go to a bank you know what you will face. Wipe Wipe You are done. I chose euros, it asked again if I want to continue or not because their exchange rates are competitive. I chose yes, continue. It was a misleading question and tricked me to buy GBP from my euros and exchange it back to euros. Cost me extra 15 euros. Be proud of yourself Eurobank.
