Αγενες προσωπικό χωρίς να ενδιαφερονται καθόλου για τον κόσμο-πελατες αφού έτσι και αλλιώς μας θεωρούν δεδομενους It's where Eurobank is as a bank, yes, it's also the worst branch ... Η αναμονή είναι τεράστια και όταν επιτέλους θα έρθει η σειρά σας, ο υπάλληλος στο ταμείο είναι απαράδεκτος και αγενής. Unfortunately, I also have nothing good to say about this Eurobank branch. No relation to serve me in other stores. The wait is huge and when it's finally your turn, the cashier is unacceptable and rude.

Το μόνο ελάττωμα εναι η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση που δεν λειτουργεί σωστά. Μπράβο στους εργαζόμενους Gentle staff, very good service help you understand the issue you have. S	Stelios Goumas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι και πολύ είναι. Αυτό γιατί ενώ είχα κλείσει ραντεβού στις 09:00 είχε φτάσει 10:00 χωρίς να έχω εξυπηρετηθεί. Δικαιολογία της υπαλλήλου ότι κάτι απρόοπτο ( ο πελάτης που ήδη εξυπηρετούσε) έτυχε... Χάνοντας χρόνο+χρήμα από την εργασία μου , χωρίς να εξυπηρετηθώ μετά από 65' αναμονής σηκώθηκα και έφυγα. Πλέον συναλλαγές μόνο μέσω internet και ραντεβού virtual ... Δεν θα ξαναπατήσω πόδι σε κατάστημα. It's a star and a lot. Η χειρότερη υπάλληλος με διάφορα, είναι η ξανθιά κυρία, η 60αρα, η οποία επιδίδεται σε δημόσιες σχέσεις όπου και όποτε βρίσκει ενδιαφέρον. Πιο αργή και από την καθυστέρηση, πολλές φορές επιδεικτικά αδιαφορη. Μπορεί να γίνεται χαμός από τον κόσμο, εκείνη όμως βρίσκει πάντα χρόνο για βιντεοκλήσεις, κουβεντουλα, ανάλυση του Ουκρανικου πολέμου κτλ. Φανερά ανεπαρκής, εξυπηρετεί έναν πελάτη κάθε τρεις ώρες. Το παιδί που λέγεται Γιώργος είναι όαση στην ερημιά. Χαραμιζεται στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικος, γρήγορος και άμεσος. Ο διευθυντής χαμένος, σε ένα κατάστημα ανευρο και παγερά αδιάφορο. Η εικόνα του τραπεζικού συστήματος σήμερα, σας αρπάζουμε τα λεφτά, και όταν ζητήσετε εξυπηρέτηση πάρτε τηλέφωνο, και αν το σηκώσουν θα σας εξυπηρετήσουμε. Ντροπή και αισχος, το ένα αστέρι είναι υπερβολή. Όποιος θέλει ραντεβού, μην μπει στον κόπο να πάρει τηλέφωνο, ας περάσει από εκεί να κλείσει δια ζώσης.
