e	eratob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Α Θ Λ Ι Α εξυπηρέτηση. Πήγα την Τετάρτη στο κατάστημα γιατί ήθελα να τυπώσω το booklet της πτυχιακής μου εργασίας. Τους τόνισα ότι είναι πολύ σημαντικό και τους εξήγησα τι ακριβώς είχα στο μυαλό μου, πως θέλω να βγει, το είδος χαρτιού, το στυλ, κλπ. Παρ' όλα αυτά, το προσωπικό ήταν άκρως αδιάφορο και βιαστικό, δεν μου έδωσαν προσοχή και ήταν σαν να ήθελαν να με ξεπετάξουν. Τους ρώτησα αν γίνεται να μου το κοστολογήσουν και μου είπαν ότι θα με καλέσουν το ίδιο μεσημέρι για να μου πουν την τιμή. Ποτέ δεν με κάλεσαν. Την επόμενη μέρα, την Πέμπτη, τους πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω το κόστος και εκτός από αυτό, πήγα και από το μαγαζί, μια ακόμα φορά, για να σιγουρέψω πως όλα θα είναι ΟΚ για την εκτύπωση. Μου είπαν ότι την Παρασκευή το μεσημέρι θα με καλέσουν για να περάσω να ελέγξω ξανά τις σελίδες, αλλά αυτό δεν συνέβη ποτέ γιατί τελικά οι σελίδες ήταν έτοιμες το Σάββατο (πάλι εγώ τους τηλεφώνησα για να μάθω). Πάω λοιπόν το Σάββατο πρωί και αντικρίζω ένα ΧΆΛΙ εντελώς. Οι σελίδες ήταν να εκτυπωθούν με μαύρο χρώμα αλλά είχαν βγει γκρίζες, τα χρώματα ήταν φουλ σκοτεινά και καφετί, οι εικόνες είχαν ένα μαύρο πλαίσιο γύρω τους και το χαρτί ήταν ημιδιαφανές, φαινόντουσαν τα άλλα κείμενα από πίσω. Μου έκανε εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι εκτύπωσαν 64 τραγικές σελίδες και δεν είδαν ότι όλα πήγαιναν στραβά...!!! Και δεν με ενημέρωσαν και ποτέ! Μένω με ανοιχτό το στόμα και το δείχνω στο παιδί εκεί, το οποίο ήταν ανίδεο, δεν το είχε τσεκάρει καν. Πως γίνεται; Ψάχνεται λίγο και μου λέει ότι φταίει το αρχείο μου και τον ρωτάω ποιο ήταν το λάθος πως μπορεί να διορθωθεί. Μου απάντησε πως είτε θα το ξαναφτιάξω από την αρχή σε άλλο επαγγελματικό πρόγραμμα, είτε θα τους το δώσω να το κάνουν αυτοί, αλλά δεν προλάβαιναν μέχρι την διορία που τους έδωσα (3 μέρες). Έτοιμη να κλάψω, χωρίς να έχω ιδέα τι πρέπει να κάνω, γιατί δεν είμαι γραφίστρια και μάλλον ούτε οι υπάλληλοι εκεί είναι, απλά έφυγα. Πήγα σε άλλο κατάστημα και μου το διόρθωσαν επιτόπου με ένα κλικ :) Ευχαριστώ. A L L A service. I went to the store on Wednesday because I wanted to print my undergraduate thesis booklet. I stressed to them that it's very important and explained to them exactly what I had in mind, how I wanted it to go, the type of paper, the style, etc. However, the staff were extremely indifferent and hasty, they didn't pay attention and were like to want to oust me. I asked them if they could charge me and they told me they would call me at noon to tell me the price. They never called me. The next day, Thursday, I called them to ask about the cost and besides that, I went to the store once more to make sure everything was OK for printing. I was told that they would call me at noon on Friday to go through the pages again, but that never happened because the pages were finally ready on Saturday (again I called them to find out). So I go on Saturday morning and see a COTTON completely. The pages were to be printed in black but they were gray, the colors were full dark and brown, the images had a black frame around them and the paper was translucent, the other texts were visible from behind. I was struck by the fact that they printed 64 tragic pages and didn't see everything go wrong ... !!! And they never informed me! I stand with my mouth open and show it to the child there, who was ignorant, didn't even check it. He searches a little and tells me that my file is to blame and I ask him what was wrong with how he can fix it. He replied that I would either rebuild it from scratch in another professional program or let them do it themselves, but they didn't catch up with the deadline I gave them (3 days). I'm ready to cry, with no idea what to do, because I'm not a graphic designer and I don't even have the staff there, I just left. I went to another store and they corrected it on the spot with one click :) Thanks.

Είχα ένα άγχος για το αποτέλεσμα αλλά πραγματικά είναι οι καλύτερες που κάρτες που μου έφτιαξαν ever.. Friendly customer service with very nice suggestions for my design .. And the offer they made me think is the best of the market! I was anxious about the outcome but really the best cards I ever made ..
