★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάντα στην ώρα της η πληρωμή μου, χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, μεχρι που τους χρειάστηκα. Δυστυχώς απο τότε ειμαι 2 μήνες χωρις υποστήριξη και με καθόλου καλη επικοινωνία μου ζήτησαν ένα χαρτί που δεν συντάχθηκε την στιγμή του τροχαίου ατυχήματος. Θέλουν να τρέξω εγω και να προσκομίσω το χαρτί αυτο. Όταν ανέφερα τον ενδοιασμό μου, πως εκανα ότι μου ειπωθηκε και δεν ειναι ευθυνη μου η καταγραφή οπως και η επιβλεψη οποιων εγγράφων χρειάζεται, καθώς είμαι ο πελάτης, οτι μου ειπε και μου εδωσε η οδικη φροντίδα και οτι μου είπε απο απο μέρους της η εταιρεία την στιγμή του ατυχήματος το έκανα.. μου έκλεισαν το τηλέφωνο..
Με ενημέρωσαν μετα απο 2 εβδομάδες αφου έγινε το ατύχημα και εχω μείνει χωρις οχημα 2μηνες τώρα οτι δεν με αποζημιώνουν ουτε καν δεν θα στείλουν πραγματογνώμονα, δεν θέλουν να ασχοληθούν καν.
Οταν πήρα τηλέφωνο να ενημερωθώ κανω την ιδια ζητηση καθε φορά, δεν έχουν ουτε την υποθεση μου ενημερωμένη.

I was informed 2 weeks after the accident and I have been without a vehicle for 2 months now that they do not compensate me or even send an expert, they do not even want to deal with it.
When I got a call to be informed I make the same request every time, they have not even updated my case.
