V	Vanessa Siomou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα, απο τις υπαλληλους της υποδοχης και κανενας σεβασμος σε ΑΜΕΑ. Οι υπευθυνοι δε για παντος ειδους αιμοληψιες η για οποιαδηποτε αλλου ειδους ενεργεια που εχει να κανει με ενεσεις, μαλλον μαθαινουν στου "κασιδη το κεφαλι" καθε φορα, γιατι αλλιως δεν εξηγειται το οτι δεν μπορουν να κανουν μια ενεση. Οσο επιστημονικα καταρτισμενο και αν ειναι το ιατρικο προσωπικο η οσο τελευταιας τεχνολογιας και αν ειναι τα μηχανηματα του κεντρου, δεν αξιζει τον κοπο η οποια συναλλαγη μαζι τους. Εξαλλου δεν ειναι το μοναδικο διαγνωστικο στην πολη για να υπαρχει μονοπωλιο. Unacceptable behavior by the reception staff and no respect for the disabled. Those responsible for all kinds of blood draws or for any other kind of energy that has to do with injections, probably learn from the "kassidi the head" every time, because otherwise it is not explained that they can not make an injection. No matter how scientifically trained the medical staff or the latest technology and the machines of the center, it is not worth any transaction with them. After all, it is not the only diagnostic in the city to have a monopoly.
c	charles kont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η έλλειψη στοιχειώδους ευπρέπειας και η αγενής συμπεριφορά της υποδοχής του ιατρείου καθώς και της υπαλλήλου που διενήργησε την εξέταση με ώθησαν να αξιολογήσω με 2 αστέρια. Δεν έχω να πω κάτι μεμπτό για την αξιοπιστία των αποτελεσμάτων, ούτε όμως είναι η πρώτη φορά ή είμαι ο μόνος στο περίγυρο μου που εισέπραξε αυτήν την αντιμετώπιση. Εύχομαι να αντιληφθούν το οποιο λάθος τους και να γίνουν καλύτεροι. The lack of basic decency and the rude behavior of the receptionist of the doctor's office as well as the employee who performed the examination pushed me to evaluate with 2 stars. I have nothing to say about the reliability of the results, but this is not the first time or I am the only one around me who has received this treatment. I hope they realize their mistake and become better.
Α	Αποστόλης Αντωνάκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλεισμένο ραντεβού για υπέρηχο σε παιδί , στις 6/8/21 μας ενημέρωσαν όταν φτάσαμε στο διαγνωστικό κέντρο ,ότι ο γιατρός πήρε άδεια ,έτσι χαλαρά,και ότι η τιμή που μας είχαν ενημερώσει πριν, αυξήθηκε και αυτή ,έτσι χαλαρά, μακριά .........!!!!!! Scheduled appointment for ultrasound in a child, on 6/8/21 we were informed when we arrived at the diagnostic center, that the doctor took leave, so loosely, and that the price they had informed us before, also increased, so loosely, away .. ....... !!!!!!

Σ	Σπύρος Λευκιμμιατης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κοπέλα μου έκανε μοριακό χθες και βγήκε αρνητικό μετά από θετικό self test.μας έβγαλαν αρνητικούς παρόλο που είχαμε τα συμπτώματα. Ξανακαναμε self test βγήκε θετικό μιλήσαμε μαζί τους για μια επανεξέταση σε περίπτωση λάθους.δεν δέχτηκαν πάρα μόνο με εκ νέου ραντεβού και να πληρώσουμε κανονικά και ας είχε γίνει λάθος. Και η μόνη λύση ήταν να μας δήλωναν στο σύστημα σαν θετικους χωρίς να ξέρουμε τι έχουμε.ακρως επικίνδυνοι!! My girlfriend did a molecular test yesterday and came out negative after a positive self test. We were tested negative even though we had the symptoms. We did a self test again and it turned out positive, we talked to them about a re-examination in case of a mistake. And the only solution was to declare us in the system as positive without knowing what we have. Extremely dangerous !!

Τα πρωινά έρχεται ο περισσότερος κόσμος για τις αιματολογικες εξετάσεις του και στην υποδοχή η εξυπηρέτηση γίνεται μόνο από ένα άτομο, συνεπώς με καθυστέρηση. Οι υπόλοιποι υπάλληλοι χαλαρά την δουλίτσα τους και με την σειρά τους. Ιδιωτικό κέντρο είστε και πρέπει να διαφέρετε από το δημόσιο. The delay is unacceptable. In the mornings most people come for their blood tests and at the reception the service is done by only one person, therefore with a delay. The rest of the employees relax their work and in turn. You are a private center and you must be different from the public one.
