Κάκιστη αντιμετώπιση σε μια απλή κατάσταση ακίνητοποίησης αυτοκινήτου στην σε αστικό κέντρο κιόλας, στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης. Ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες σαν και αυτήν, όπου βάζουν σε προτεραιότητα, τους ίδιους τους πελατες τους, που φυσικά ΔΕΝ είσαι εσύ αλλά κάποιος άλλος (ασφαλισμένοι "φάντασμα") για δικαιολογήσουν την ασυνέπεια και την πολυ κακή αντιμετώπιση της περιοτωσης σου, θα έπρεπε να μην ονομάζονται ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες, αλλά απλά γραφεία ημερήσιας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Εντυπωσιακό επίσης είναι, ότι σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση στου υπαλλήλους-συνεργατες τους, η απαντήσεις τους ΠΑΝΤΑ είναι στο ΠΕΡιΠΟΥ και με υφος, έλα μωρέ δεν βαριέσαι. Πρώτη φορά στα 20 χρόνια επαγγελματικής μου εμπειρίας, μου τυχαίνει υπάλληλος σε εταιρία να τον ρωτάω, που βρίσκεται ένα μέρος της εταιρείας τους(η φυλακή των οχημάτων της Ευρώπης στην Θεσσαλονίκη) και να μου απαντάει ότι ΔΕΝ ξέρει και ούτε είναι υποχρεωμένη να γνωρίζει ? Λυπάμαι για την σύντομη αυτή συνεργασία μου μαζί τους. Αν η αντιμετώπιση σαν ασφαλιστική εταιρία, σε ένα τόσο απλό θέμα, ήταν τόσο κάκιστη, αδυνατώ να φανταστώ πως θα ήταν σε σοβαρότερες περιπτώσεις. ? ? Inconsistent and ironic behavior towards her insured. Bad treatment in a simple situation of car immobilization in an urban center, already in the center of Thessaloniki. Insurance companies like this, where they prioritize their own clients, who of course are NOT you but someone else ("ghost" insured) to justify the inconsistency and very bad treatment of your restriction, should not be called insurance companies, but just day-to-day customer service offices. It is also impressive that in any question to their employees-associates, their answers are ALWAYS in ABOUT and with style, come on baby you are not bored. For the first time in my 20 years of professional experience, I happen to be an employee of a company to ask him, where is a part of their company (the prison of European vehicles in Thessaloniki) and he answers that he does NOT know and is not obliged to know ? I am sorry for this short collaboration with them. If the treatment as an insurance company, in such a simple matter, was so bad, I can not imagine how it would be in more serious cases. ? ?
