K	Katarzyna Kocemba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use it. Information given to me were not exact. The office I was send to doesn't exist there for at least 5 months. After 5 hours of trying hey aby info, instead of 10 I got my car at 2 p.m.!!!! I won' t use services of this company NEVER again.
R	Roland Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car I hired had been damaged by previous users. I checked the vehicle as best I could on pickup but this was done late at night and rushed. I missed some damage under the front bumper which of course was not noted down by Europcar. When I brought the car back they charged me £200 for the damage. This is basically daylight robbery. The car should have been properly checked over before I hired it. Customers arriving tired from UK flights are not experts at checking body damage all over and in my under the vehicle. I know I did not damage this car but I could not prove it. WARNING to anyone hiring from Europcar...check really carefully including under the car !

He explained everything very clearly to us, was always available on the phone for help even though it was easter weekend, and was very supportive when we extended the cardays half way through the trip. On coming back, he was again super helpful and dropped us back to the bus station and was very particular about making sure the credit cards weren't inappropriately charged Great experience.

He even gave us a lift to the bus station after we dropped the car back off. He explained the forms in details, the deposit, though with no damage the deposit wasn't required in the end. Would strongly recommend!
