★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους ξέρουμε πολλά χρόνια από Ζωγράφου, είναι εξαιρετικοί. Εδώ και μερικά χρόνια τους έχουμε δώσει τη διαχείριση και στο πατρικό του παππού μου, στην Κυψέλη. Παρότι είναι δύσκολη πολυκατοικία, με χρέη και μερικούς δύσκολους ενοίκους, κάνουν πολύ καλή δουλειά. Έρχονται και σε μένα για απολύμανση στο Νέο Ψυχικό.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έρχονται για κοινόχρηστα και απολύμανση στην πολυκατοικία που μένω. Όσες φορές έχω πετύχει κάποιον υπάλληλο είναι πολύ ευγενικός. Κάνω και απολύμανση στο διαμέρισμά μου, είναι καλοί. Έτυχε να γνωρίσω και από αλλού τον υπεύθυνο της εταιρίας, είναι Ναυπηγός ΕΜΠ, εξαιρετικό παιδί.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους εμπιστευόμαστε στην πολυκατοικία μας εδώ και 30 χρόνια. Τους έχω συστήσει σε πολλούς φίλους στου Ζωγράφου, αλλά και σε άλλες περιοχές. Τα κοινόχρηστα έρχονται αμέσως. Απολύμανση έχουν τους ίδιους υπαλλήλους που γνωρίζουν τους χώρους μας, γίνεται πολύ καλή δουλειά. Συντήρηση στον καυστήρα, επίσης, εξαιρετικοί τεχνίτες, όσες φορές είχαμε κάποια βλάβη ήρθαν την ίδια μέρα και έλυσαν το πρόβλημα. Στην παράδοση του πετρελαίου είναι πάντα στην ώρα τους, οι οδηγοί πολύ ευγενικοί.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι, αγοράζουμε πετρέλαιο τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια και έρχονται πάντοτε στην ώρα τους με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια. Μια-δυο φορές χρειάστηκε να μας κάνει και εξαέρωση στον καυστήρα και προσφέρθηκε μόνος του ο οδηγός, χωρίς να μας χρεώσει κάτι.
Κάθε χρόνο κάνουμε και συντήρηση στον καυστήρα. Ο τεχνικός είναι πολύ ευγενικός, κάνει εξαιρετική δουλειά, καθαρίζει με λεπτομέρεια το λέβητα και μας έλυσε και ορισμένες απορίες που είχαμε για τη λειτουργία του καλοριφέρ.
Κάνουμε και απολύμανση, άνοιξη και φθινόπωρο, λόγω κήπου έχουμε θέματα με διάφορα έντομα. Αλλά, κάθε φορά γίνεται πολύ καλή δουλειά, έχουμε αμέσως αποτέλεσμα. Καλό φάρμακο και καλό τεχνικό.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Δεν σε αφήνουν να μπεις μέσα υποτίθεται για ασφάλεια. Δεν δέχονται όμως κάρτες και τα πανβρωμικα μετρητά δίνουν και παίρνουν. Στις μέρες μας να μη δέχονται κάρτες? Αστείο!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο κύριος που έρχεται για τα κοινόχρηστα Σάββατο και χτυπάει το κουδούνι ασταμάτητα λες και η πολυκατοικία έχει πιάσει φωτιά πρέπει να σταματήσει... Δεν χτυπάει μόνο μια φορά. Χτυπάει 1.000.000 φορές και είναι ενοχλητικός.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο υπάλληλος που έρχεται να εισπράξει χτυπάει κουδούνι και πόρτα λες και έπιασε φωτιά η πολυκατοικία. Απαράδεκτος! Τόσο καιρό δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα με τους προηγούμενους, άφηναν την απόδειξη ή ειδοποίηση και έφευγαν.
