Με τις ωτοασπιδες που σου δίνουν να φορέσεις δεν κάνουν τίποτα.Καντε κάτι γιατί βλέπω να ΚΟΥΦΑΘΕΙ κόσμος. Kind and helpful staff. I did not like the new MRI that does not have headphones like the old one because I was deaf. They do nothing with the earmuffs they give you to wear. Do something because I see people DEAF.

Ε	Ευλαμπια Καφετζη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από τον κύριο στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο. Αγενής... εριστικός... κ απότομος. Βαριόταν να καταχωρήσει το barcode μίας άυλης συνταγογράφησης κ μου έλεγε να πάω εκεί.... καμία πληροφορία απ'οτι ρώτησα δεν πήρα κ μάλιστα είχε ύφος καρδιναλίων... Κ να σκεφτείτε εξυπηρετούσα κάποια γιαγιά από μακρινό χωριό. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΣ ο κύριος !!! Unacceptable behavior by the owner in the call center. Rude ... vindictive ... and abrupt. He was bored to enter the barcode of an intangible prescription and he told me to go there .... I did not get any information from what I asked and in fact it had the style of a cardinal ... And think I was serving a grandmother from a distant village. UNACCEPTABLE sir !!!
A	Anna Galanou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από τις κυρίες στην γραμματεία αλλά και στα υπόλοιπα τμήματα! Χρειάστηκε να λάβω κάποια αποτελέσματα νωρίς το πρωί και μου τα στείλανε και νωρίτερα από την ώρα που είχαμε συμφωνήσει.. Αποτέλεσμα, να γλιτώσω άγχος, χρήματα, χρόνο αλλά και το κυριότερο, την υγεία μου (σωματική και ψυχική)! Excellent service from the ladies in the secretariat and in the other departments! I had to receive some results early in the morning and they sent them to me earlier than we had agreed .. Result, to save stress, money, time and most importantly, my health (physical and mental)!
k	konstantinos karachristos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Κλείνω το πρώτο ραντεβού της ημέρας με τον γιατρό στις 09:30. Όταν είπα στην γραμματεία ότι πρέπει να τηρούνται τα ραντεβού, με αναίδεια μου είπε γιατι μιλάω αφου η ώρα είναι 9:29 και ότι έχω ραντεβού στις 9:30 και ότι είναι νωρίς ακόμα . Επίσης είπαν τα γνωστά ότι έχει βλάβη το σύστημα, ότι έχει καθυστερήσει ο γιατρός με τον ασθενή (παρότι πρώτο ραντεβού) κλπ, κλπ. Ο δε γιατρός ερχόταν έπαιρνε άλλους ασθενείς και σε μένα ήρθε τελευταία (προφανώς με "τημωρουσαν").Καθαρή νοοτροπία "δημοσίου υπαλλήλου". Ζήτησα τον υπεύθυνο για να διαμαρτυρηθώ και μου είπαν ότι είναι Σάββατο και δεν υπάρχει. Αυτή η ανάρτηση μου είναι ο μόνος τρόπος για να μάθει η διοίκηση πώς είναι η αντιμετώπιση των ασθενών από το προσωπικό της. Όσο αφορά την ποιότητα των εξετάσεων θα την κρίνει ο γιατρός μου γιατί εγώ δεν έχω τις γνώσεις. Unacceptable service. I make the first appointment of the day with the doctor at 09:30. This post of mine is the only way for management to learn how patients are treated by its staff. As for the quality of the exams, my doctor will judge it because I do not have the knowledge.
