★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απευθυνθήκαμε στο εργοστάσιο της Exalco για μία ανακαίνιση και μας πρότεινε έναν συνεργάτη της, όπου δώσαμε την παραγγελία και την προκαταβολή και μετά απο σχεδόν 1.5 μήνα θυμήθηκε ότι δεν μπορεί να μας τα κατασκευάσει γιατί δεν προλαβαίνει;;;; Σοβαρά;;;; Τα έξοδα τρέχουν, έχω ζημιωθεί οικονομικά και εκείνοι θυμήθηκαν ότι τώρα δεν προλαβαίνουν...Μετά από 1.5 μήνα συνεχών καθυστερήσεων που άλλοι παραδίδουν σε 20 εργάσιμες τώρα θυμήθηκαν ότι δεν προλαβαίνουν...
We went to the Exalco factory for a renovation and she suggested us a partner, where we gave the order and the deposit and after almost 1.5 months she remembered that she can not build them for us because she does not have time ???? Seriously;;;; The expenses are running, I have suffered financially and they remembered that now they do not catch up ... After 1.5 months of continuous delays that others deliver to 20 working days, now they remembered that they do not catch up ...

Η αξιολογηση μου δεν απευθύνεται ειδικά στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα αλλά στην όλη αντιμετώπιση τού πελάτη από την EXALCO.
ΜΟΝΑΔΙΚΌΣ σκοπός είναι η όσο το δυνατόν αντικειμενική ενημέρωση.
Θεωρώ ότι πέρα από τους συνεργάτες και μεσάζοντες μία εταιρεία είναι υπεύθυνη για τα προϊόντα πού διαθέτει και ακόμα περισσότερο για την πληροφόρηση που δίνει στον πελάτη.
Όταν ένας πελάτης θέτει ενα πρόβλημα θα ήθελα να πιστεύω ότι η εταιρεία έχει την υποχρέωση αν όχι σε κάθε περίπτωση να το λύνει τουλάχιστον να σέβεται και να ενημερώνει τον πελάτη.

My evaluation is not specifically addressed to the specific branch but to the whole treatment of the customer by EXALCO.
The ONLY purpose is to provide as objective information as possible.
I believe that in addition to partners and intermediaries, a company is responsible for the products it has and even more for the information it gives to the customer.
When a customer raises a problem I would like to believe that the company has an obligation if not in every case to solve it at least to respect and inform the customer.
