Αλλά και τις τρεις φορές που μίλησα με το κατάστημα η απάντηση ήταν η ίδια "θα σας καλέσουμε σε λίγο" Ακόμα περιμένω.... Μιλάμε για ένα βραχιόλι που ήταν σίγουρο ότι θα μπορούσα να το παραλάβω πριν την πρωτοχρονιά..... I showed full understanding that they are drowning at work and I had to call several times to talk to someone ... But the three times I spoke to the store the answer was the same "we will call you shortly" I'm still waiting.... We are talking about a bracelet that I was sure I could receive before the New Year .....

p	p k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι και πολύ του είναι. Αθλια εξυπηρέτηση, το προϊόν δεν ήρθε ποτε , τους έπαιρνα τηλ και το έκλειναν ούτε στα μυνήματα απαντουσαν!!! It's a star and a lot of it. Poor service, the product never came, I called them and they closed it and did not answer the messages !!!
Ά	Άννα-Μαρία Κουκούλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία στις 23/1/21 και την παρέλαβα 18/2/21...Το προϊόν ενώ φαινόταν διαθέσιμο στο eshop και η παραγγελία μου προχώρησε κανονικά και μάλιστα εξοφλήθη, δεν υπήρχε στο κατάστημα χωρίς βέβαια να εχω καμία ενημέρωση! Μετά απο 10 μέρες επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά και περίμενα τηλέφωνό τους... Η κυρία με την οποία μίλησα ενοχλήθηκε επειδή καλεσα και 2η φορά... Επίσης παρέλαβα σε νάιλον σακούλα το προϊόν, λες κ είχα δώσει 3 ευρώ για να το αγοράσω.. Λυπάμαι πολύ! I placed an order on 23/1/21 and received it on 18/2/21 ... The product while it seemed available in the eshop and my order proceeded normally and was even paid, it was not in the store without of course having any information! After 10 days I called and waited for their phone ... The lady I spoke to was annoyed because I called a second time ... I also received the product in a nylon bag, as if I had given 3 euros to buy it .. I am very sorry !

M	Marita Kokkinaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία και παρέλαβα με καθυστέρηση πάνω από εβδομάδα,κάτι που είναι κατανοητό, και λόγω του φόρτου εργασίας στα courier ,αλλά και του ότι στην ιστοσελίδα δεν ήταν σαφές αν το προιόν ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο. Όλα έγιναν σωστά. Συσκευασία, παραστατικά,προϊόντα, επικοινωνία με emails για την πορεία της παραγγελίας. Κανένα παράπονο εκτός του ότι δεν απαντούσαν στο τηλέφωνο όταν καλούσα για να ζητήσω μια πληροφορία πριν παραγγείλω. Είμαι ευχαριστημένη I placed an online order and received it more than a week late, which is understandable, due to the workload of the couriers, but also the fact that on the website it was not clear if the product was immediately available. Everything was done right. Packaging, documents, products, communication with emails about the progress of the order. No complaints except that they did not answer the phone when I called to ask for information before ordering. I am satisfied

Πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν πως δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμη, μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη (συγκεκριμένα ήταν μια πολύ ευγενική κοπέλα) και μου πρότεινε αν θέλω να διαλέξω μια άλλη που θα μου έκανε καλύτερη τιμή η να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα...επέλεξα μια τσάντα τελικά (από τις ακριβότερες) την οποία μου την άφησε στην ίδια τιμή που ήταν η πρώτη που είχα επιλέξει και μου είπε ότι θα μου κάνει και ένα δώρο. (Κόσμημα) Συγχαρητήρια και ευχαριστώ πολυ! Αυτοί είναι επαγγελματίες!!! . Η τσάντα και το δώρο ήταν σπίτι μου μέσα σε μια ώρα. I paid for the bag through winbank ... I waited 4 days and it did not come. I got a call and they told me that it is not available, they apologized to me (specifically she was a very kind girl) and she suggested if I want to choose another one that would give me a better price or get my money back ... I finally chose a bag ( one of the most expensive) which he left me at the same price as the first one I had chosen and told me that he would give me a gift. (Jewelry) Congratulations and thank you very much! These are professionals !!! . The bag and the gift were my home within an hour.
