★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located and All amenities available' In the apartment but unfortunately there are two Working site in front and the back of the building and it's Nightmare in this moment (in addition the Windows In The Living Room and in the Back in the bedroom are very Old Which does not Help the noise insulation). Otherwise all good!
