★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα διαφορά προϊόντα για τη κουζίνα μου, τηγανιά, πιάτα, μαχαιροπίρουνα, κ. α. Είναι όλα φοβερή ποιότητας ... Επιπλέον ήρθαν πολύ γρήγορα στη πόρτα μου χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.
I ordered various products for my kitchen, frying pan, dishes, cutlery, etc. They are all of great quality ... In addition, they came to my door very quickly without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι ενώ η παραγγελία μου ήταν με δωρεάν μεταφορικά κ κατάθεση στην τράπεζα και είχαμε μιλήσει και στο τηλέφωνο στο τέλος ήρθε το δέμα με 7.50€ έξοδα αποστολής και ενώ πήρα τηλέφωνο μου είπαν κ καλά ότι έκανα λάθος στον τρόπο αποστολής εάν δεν τα είχα προπληρώσει δεν θα το έπαιρνα ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ λοιπόν Αντιεπαγγελματιες......
Unacceptable while my order was with free shipping and deposit in the bank and we had talked and on the phone at the end came the package with € 7.50 shipping costs and while I got on the phone they told me well that I made a mistake in the shipping method if I had not prepaid I took it ATTENTION so Unprofessional ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μια εξάδα έκκεντρων πιάτων σπαγγέτι.Τα παρέλαβα με μια συσκευασία της πλάκας(με χαρτί ανάμεσα σε κάθε πιάτιο) και όταν τους ανέφερα ότι το ένα ήρθε σπασμένο τα έριξαν στη μεταφορική.Η συσκευασία της μεταφορικής δεν είχε κανένα σημάδι κακομεταχείρησης.Πραγματικά συμπεριφορά ανάλγητη !!!
I bought a set of six spaghetti dishes. I received them with a package of the plate (with paper between each plate) and when I told them that one came broken they threw them in the transporter. The transporter package had no signs of abuse. Really painless behavior! !!

We ordered six dishes and they arrived without any special packaging, only one paper between them, broken one. When we contacted them, unfortunately they did not take any responsibility. For everything they buried the transport. They are unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα προϊόντα που μας έστειλαν δεν είναι καλής ποιότητας καθώς σπάνε μέσα στον φούρνο. Επίσης παραγγείλαμε φτυάρι το οποίο ήρθε σπασμένο και μας είπαν να απευθυνθούμε στη μεταφορική. Μας αύξησαν τις τιμές αφού είχαμε πληρώσει την παραγγελία και στο τέλος δεν μας έστειλαν και όλα τα προϊόντα που παραγγείλαμε χωρίς να μας ενημερώσουν. Η χειρότερη εταιρεία που έχουμε συνεργαστεί ποτέ.
Δηλαδή συγνωμη όλοι αυτοί οι άνθρωποι που σας έγραψαν πάνω κάτω τα ίδια δεν σημαίνει κάτι για εσάς; Τι να πω; Αν πιστεύετε πως ο τρόπος σας απέναντι στους πελάτες σας είναι σωστός, οκ! Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν και άλλες εταιρείες που δείχνουν περισσότερο επαγγελματισμό και ανθρωπιά!
The products they sent us are not of good quality as they break in the oven. We also ordered a shovel which came broken and we were told to contact the transport company. They increased our prices after we had paid for the order and in the end they did not send us all the products we ordered without informing us. The worst company we have ever worked with.
So sorry all these people who wrote you more or less the same does not mean anything to you? What to say; If you think your approach to your customers is right, ok! Fortunately, there are other companies that show more professionalism and humanity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή ποιότητα στα ταψιά πίτσας, δεν γνωρίζω για τα υπόλοιπα προϊόντα. Αγόρασα ταψιά πίτσας, αφού προηγήθηκε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και με ενημέρωσε ο υπεύθυνος ότι είναι πολύ καλής ποιότητας και η μόνη διαφορά με τα αντίστοιχα ιταλικά, είναι η προέλευση, χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποια ιδιαίτερη ποιοτική διαφορά. Τα ταψιά χάλασαν μέσα σε 1.5 μήνα (λυγίζουν, εξέχουν μεταλλικά τμήματα κτλ), ενώ ταψιά αντίστοιχης τιμής που έχουμε δουλέψει κατά καιρούς τα τελευταία 24 χρόνια από άλλους προμηθευτές, κράτησαν 1.5 - 2 χρόνια. Δυστυχώς ήταν απογοητευτική και η απάντηση από το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών της εταιρείας, που έδειξε να μην ενδιαφέρεται καθόλου για τα ελαττωματικά τους προϊόντα.
Έπρεπε πριν παραγγείλω να συμβουλευτώ τις κριτικές, που τους τελευταίους μήνες είναι πολύ χαμηλές.
Απάντηση στο σχόλιό σας: Εμείς εξ αρχής θέλαμε να αγοράσουμε τα ακριβότερα ιταλικά ταψιά, ωστόσο ο συνάδελφός σας μας ενημέρωσε ότι μόνο η προέλευση αλλάζει, ποιοτικά είναι σχεδόν ίδια τα δυο ταψιά. Ίσως ήθελε να ξεστοκάρει, δεν μπορώ να ξέρω γιατί το είπε. Και προφανώς τώρα θα αγοράσω ιταλικά ταψιά, αλλά όχι από την εταιρεία σας γιατί δυστυχώς δεν είναι καθόλου αξιόπιστη.
Very poor quality in pizza pans, I do not know about the other products. I bought pizza pans, after a phone call and the person in charge informed me that they are of very good quality and the only difference with the corresponding Italian ones is the origin, without any particular quality difference. The pans broke down within 1.5 months (they bend, protrude metal parts, etc.), while pans of a similar price that we have worked from time to time in the last 24 years from other suppliers, lasted 1.5 - 2 years. Unfortunately, the response from the company's customer service department was also disappointing, as it showed that it was not at all interested in their defective products.
Before ordering I had to consult the reviews, which in recent months are very low.
Reply to your comment: From the beginning we wanted to buy the most expensive Italian pans, however your colleague informed us that only the origin changes, the quality of the two pans is almost the same. Maybe he wanted to get out, I can not know why he said that. And obviously now I will buy Italian pans, but not from your company because unfortunately it is not reliable at all.
