★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα τη συγκεκριμένη επιχείριση σε ώρες μη αιχμής. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν ταχεία, παρά το ότι οι πελάτες της επιχείρισης εξυπηρετούταν από ένα υπάλληλο και τον ιδιοκτήτη της επιχείρισης εκείνη τη στιγμή. Οι τιμές των ροφημάτων ήταν ανταγωνιστικές σε σχέση με αυτές σε αντίστοιχες επιχειρήσεις στο κέντρο της πόλης των Σερρών. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος που προορίζεται για χρήση από τους πελάτες της επιχείρισης ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος. Στον εσωτερικό χώρο της επιχείρισης τηρείται ο αντικαπνιστικός νόμος, όπως αντιλήφθηκα.
Η διαμόρφωση του εξωτερικού χώρου της επιχείρισης παρέχει την επιλογή ταυτόχρονης κατανάλωσης κάποιου καφέ ή ροφήματος και καπνίσματος. Επομένως, η επιχείριση διαθέτει τους χώρους για να ασκήσουν τα δικαιώματα τους τόσο οι καπνιστές, όσο και οι μη καπνιστές. Ακόμη, εκδόθηκε η απόδειξη αγοράς του προϊόντος που κατανάλωσα και είχα τη δυνατότητα πληρωμής με χρεωστική κάρτα. Στην υψηλή βαθμολογία μου συνέβαλε θετικά το ότι γνωρίζω προσωπικά τον ιδιοκτήτη της επιχείρισης εδώ και κάποια χρόνια και διατηρώ φιλικές σχέσεις μαζί του. Θα επισκεφθώ σίγουρα εκ νέου τη συγκεκριμένη επιχείριση, λόγω των θετικών εμπειριών που είχα κάθε φορά που επισκέφθηκα τους χώρους της.

The prices of the beverages were competitive with those of similar businesses in the city center of Serres. The interior space intended for use by the business customers was very clean and tidy. In the interior of the business the anti-smoking law, as I realized, is being observed.
The design of the exterior of the business provides the option of simultaneously consuming some coffee or beverage and smoking. Therefore, the management has the space for both smokers and non-smokers to exercise their rights. Also, the proof of purchase of the product I consumed was issued and I was able to pay by debit card. It has been a positive addition to my high rating that I have personally known the business owner for some years and maintain friendly relations with him. I will definitely visit this business again because of the positive experiences I have had every time I have visited the site.
