Απάτη !!! They get a phone call, they ask for personal information because they are supposedly offering a free phone and a health card and in the end they charge shipping costs 21.90 euros !! Scam !!!
Ε	Ελενη Γανοπουλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εννοείται ότι δεν είναι επαγγελματίες. Είχα προσπαθήσει να ενταχθώ κι εγώ στο team και είχαν κάνει αρχηγό τους μια κ. Λίτσα (μόνο κυρία δεν ηταν) που ήθελε να μας εκμηδενίσει να υποστηρίξει με καθε τροπο οτι δεν κανουμε γι αυτή τη δουλειά. Και κάνουν οι άλλοι...είναι να σας γλεντανε εκεί μέσα! Το έχουν σύστημα να σε παίρνουν δοκιμαστικα όσο πιο πολλες μέρες γίνεται για να μην αμειβεσαι κι αν τους πεις οτι νιώθω ικανος τωρα να αναλαβω και επί πληρωμη με πρόσληψη σου λενε δεν είμαι και τοσο σίγουρη ότι μπορείς να αναλαβεος ακομα ειμαι δύσκολη δουλειά.και τι δουλειά είναι; Παιρνουν αγανακτισμενοι που δεν τους συνεδεσαν το νερο, εσυ πρέπει να τους ξεπεταξεις για να παρεις κι άλλες κλησεις γτ απο κει πληρωνονται τα αφεντικά. Οι γραμμες ειναι με χρέωση. Και επισης σου λένε οτι κάνουμε μια έρευνα..για να "κερδισετε" τηλεόραση την οποια φυσικά πληρώνεις γιατί χρειαζεται να καλεσεις σ εναν αριθμό. Για να ξεγελασει δε εμας το αφεντικό μας ειπε οτι κάνουμε ερευνα γ καποια προϊόντα και πως θα γίνει ν απαντήσουν οι ερωτώμενοι; Μα φυσικά αν κερδίσουν κάτι, οπότε οι εταιρείες έχουν επενδύσει στο να κανουν δωρα για να παίρνουν ειλικρινεις απαντήσεις, ενώ ειναι μεγάλη απάτη που στοχεύει να τα κονομαει απ τις κλήσεις του αφελους κόσμου που πιστεύει οτι κερδισε. Τα αφεντικα να μην πατανε 5 αστερακια στον εαυτο τους, ειναι γελοίο. Of course they are not professionals. O	Oly Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βάλω μηδέν αστεράκια θα έβαζα. Ας το πάρω από την αρχή, μια φίλη μου δούλευε εκεί και με πρότεινε για να πάω να δουλέψω. Εγώ, έχω εμπειρία σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σε μεγάλες εταιρίες στο εξωτερικό. Ήρθα πρόσφατα δουλειά και έψαχνα για κάτι πιο χαλαρό και θεώρησα ουι θα είναι καλή ευκαιρία. Πήγα για συνέντευξη που ήταν μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία να πω την αλήθεια αλλα με ενημέρωσαν ότι χρειάζομαι ένσημα η χαρτί που αποδεικνύει ότι δούλευα σε εξυπηρέτηση π πελατών, εγώ είχε τέτοιο χαρτί από τον εργοδότη μου και τους το έστειλα με το που πήγα σπίτι. Με πήραν τηλ την επόμενη εβδομάδα και μου είπαν ότι πέρασε το χαρτί μου και ότι μπορώ να ξεκινήσω, μου έστειλαν ως και το εγχειρίδιο δουλειάς. Εγώ είχα κάτι προσωπικές δουλειές και ρώτησα αν μπορώ να ξεκινήσω την Μεγάλη εβδομάδα, η manager μου είπε ναι και επιβεβαιώσαμε την ώρα για 10 το πρωί. Φυσικά εγώ προετοιμάστηκα το πρωί και πήγα και αυτό που έγινε με σόκαρε, η γραμματέας μου είπε ότι δεν ήμουν στο πρόγραμμα τους και ότι κατάλαβα λάθος. Ακόμα και μετά την επικοινωνία με την manager δεν βρήκα το δίκιο μου και μου είπαν ότι εγώ κατάλαβα λάθος ενώ ήταν πολύ ξεκάθαρο το ποτέ μου είπαν να πάω, έφυγα και περίμενα τηλέφωνο για το ποτέ θα ξεκινήσω. Επικοινώνησα την επόμενη μέρα μου είπαν θα με πάρουν πίσω δεν με πήραν, πήρα ξανά την επομένη και μου είπε η manager ότι δεν ξέρουν αν θα μπορώ να ξεκινήσω γενικά γιατί ακόμα δεν τους είπαν αν τα χαρτιά μου είναι αποδεκτά από την εταιρία, εκεί σοκαριστικά γιατί νόμιζα ότι μου είπαν ότι ήταν φοα αυτό μου έστειλαν και το εγχειρίδιο τους για την εργασία με οδηγίες. Έρχομαι σε αυτή την εβδομάδα που μου στέλνουν μια τυπική απάντηση ότι δεν πέρασαν τα χαρτιά μου. Να τονίσω ότι σε αυτό το διάστημα εγώ είχα πρόταση για δουλειά από μεγάλη εταιρία αλλά από την στιγμή που τους είπα ότι ξεκινάω εκεί και δεν είναι επαγγελματικό να φεύγεις ενώ τους είπες ότι ξεκινάς. Αλλά μόνο επαγγελματίες δεν είνα! If I could put zero stars I would put. Let's start from the beginning, a friend of mine worked there and suggested I go to work. I have experience in customer service in large companies abroad. I recently came to work and was looking for something more relaxed and I thought it would be a good opportunity. I went for an interview which was a pleasant experience to tell the truth but I was informed that I needed a stamp or paper proving that I was working in customer service, I had such a paper from my employer and I sent it to them as soon as I got home. They called me the next week and told me that my paperwork was over and that I could start, they even sent me the work manual. I had some personal chores and asked if I could start Holy Week, my manager said yes and we confirmed the time for 10am. Of course I prepared in the morning and I went and what happened shocked me, the secretary told me that I was not on their schedule and that I misunderstood. Even after contacting the manager I did not find my right and they told me that I misunderstood while it was very clear I was never told to go, I left and waited for a phone call about when I would start. I contacted the next day they told me they would take me back they did not take me, I took it again the next day and the manager told me that they do not know if I can start in general because they have not yet told them if my papers are accepted by the company, shocking because I thought they told me they were foas so they sent me their instruction manual. I'm coming this week when they send me a formal reply that my papers have not passed. To emphasize that during this time I had a job offer from a large company but from the moment I told them that I start there and it is not professional to leave while you told them that you are starting. But they are not just professionals!
