Η ποιότητα των επίπλων άριστη, δίχως καμία παραφωνία, ακριβώς ό,τι είχαμε συμφωνήσει!Εμπιστευτείτε τους! Αξίζει! From the initial contact with Mrs Despina to the delivery of the furniture all show the professionalism and love for what they do. The quality of the furniture excellent, without any complains, exactly what we had agreed on! Trust them! Worth!
E	Eirini Sd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τον περασμένο Οκτώβρη 2018 αγόρασα ένα τραπέζι κουζίνας και τις καρέκλες του. Σήμερα η μία καρέκλα δεν ήταν σταθερή, όταν την γύρισα ανάποδα για να δω τι είχε γίνει αντίκρισα ΤΗΝ κοροϊδία. Η κάθε καρέκλα στο κάτω μέρος της έχει τέσσερεις αλενόβιδες, στην δική μας περίπτωση όμως είχε δυο αλενόβιδες (εικ.1) και δύο βίδες με στραβοκατσάβιδο (εικ.2) με αποτέλεσμα να μην στηρίζεται καλά η καρέκλα πάνω στην βάση ( και συμπληρωματικά με αυτό το αισθητικό αποτέλεσμα να είναι αιχρό, αφού ο «τεχνίτης» της εταιρείας είχε φάει την υποδοχή της αλενόβιδας γιατί δεν χώραγε η βίδα που ήθελε να τοποθετήσει ) . Συγκεκριμένα στο τμήμα της καρέκλας που συνδέεται με την βάση, στις δύο από τις τέσσερεις τρύπες ήταν σφηνωμένες άλλες βίδες πιθανόν από προηγούμενη χρήση (εικ.3). Δεν νομίζω ότι είναι τιμούν την εταιρείας, προϊόντα-που ενώ θεωρούνται και τα παρουσιάζεται ως χειροποίητα- να είναι αποτέλεσμα τέτοιας πρόχειρης δουλειάς και επαναχρησιμοποίησης, χωρίς να ενημερώνετε τον πελάτη. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά γι΄ αυτό που αντίκρισα σήμερα. Last October 2018 I bought a kitchen table and its chairs. Today one chair was not stable when I turned it upside down to see what had become of the TIN mockery. Each chair at the bottom has four alenovides, in our case, however, had two alenovides (Fig.1) and two screws stravokatsavido (Figure 2) with the result that the chair well supported on the base (and in addition to this the aesthetic effect is sharp, since the "craftsman" of the company had eaten the alenovid socket because the screw he wanted to mount was not there). Specifically in the portion of the chair attached to the base, in two of the four holes other screws were wedged possibly from previous use (fig. 3). I do not think it is honorable for the company, products - while considered and presented as handmade - to be the result of such hard work and reuse, without informing the customer. I'm really sorry for what I saw today.

Επειδή κάναμε κάποιες αλλαγές στο standard μοντέλο του καναπέ υπήρχε ένα πρόβλημα στο ύφασμα το οποίο και αναγνώρισε η εταιρία αμέσως και έγινε διόρθωση. Αυτό είναι σπάνιο και είναι πολύ σημαντικό να βλέπεις πως υπάρχει after sales service ακόμα και αφότου έχει γίνει εξόφληση !! Very good service and quality on sofas. Because we made some changes to the standard model of the sofa there was a problem in the fabric which the company immediately recognized and a correction was made. This is rare and it is very important to see that there is after sales service even after payment has been made !!
A	Apostolos Chouliaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο για γωνιακό καναπέ, τελικά καταλήξαμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα γιατί μας άρεσε το design του καναπέ που τελικά επιλέξαμε. Οι τιμές υψηλές, σημαντικά πιο πάνω από την αγορά, ωστόσο επειδή ο καναπές μας άρεσε πολύ αποφασίσαμε να κάνουμε την υπέρβαση. Δυστυχώς με το που παραλάβαμε τον καναπέ ξεκίνησε να τρίζει υπερβολικά. Τους ενημερώσαμε και πρότειναν να στείλουν έναν υπάλληλο να τον επισκευάσει επιτόπου (4!), το αρνηθήκαμε και ζητήσαμε να τον πάρουν πίσω στο εργοστάσιο για σωστή επισκευή (μιλάμε για καναπέ αξίας 3.300 ευρώ). Όντως ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως, πήραν τον καναπέ, τον επισκεύασαν και σε 2 μέρες μας τον ξαναέφεραν (είχαν τοποθετηθεί κάποια ξύλα του σκελετού λάθος μας είπαν). Παρά την ταλαιπωρία και τη στεναχώρια μας, μέχρι εδώ όλα καλά γιατί όντως το κατάστημα ανταποκρίθηκε γρήγορα και επίσης μετά την επισκευή ο καναπές σταμάτησε εντελώς να τρίζει. Εν τω μεταξύ προέκυψε κι άλλο θέμα καθώς μετά από τον πρώτο μήνα χρήσης το ύφασμα του καναπέ άρχισε να γαριάζει, δλδ να σχηματίζει μικρούς κόμπους!! Πήγαμε ένα μαξιλάρι στο κατάστημα να δουν το θέμα και μας είπαν ότι είναι ένα γνωστό θέμα που έχει εμφανιστεί και σε άλλους "αλλά να μην ανησυχούμε γιατί με ένα μηχάνημα αφαιρούνται αυτά και μετά δεν ξαναβγαίνουν".. είναι λέει από την "χημική αντίδραση που κάνει η κλωστή με τον πολυεστέρα"! Στη συνέχεια μου πρότειναν να στείλουν στο σπίτι έναν υπάλληλό τους με το μηχάνημα για να καθαρίσει τον καναπέ από τους κόμπους... Δεν τον έστειλαν ποτέ!.. Όπως καταλαβαίνετε έχουμε ξενερώσει με την όλη φάση γιατί αφήσαμε τον 12 ετών άψογο καναπέ μας για να πάρουμε κάτι σημαντικά καλύτερο και παρά το γεγονός ότι καταβάλαμε ένα σημαντικό ποσό, τελικά το αποτέλεσμα δεν δείχνει έναν αψεγάδιαστο και μελετημένο καναπέ όπως θα έπρεπε να είναι. Προσπαθούμε να τα ξεχάσουμε και να πάμε παρακάτω.. After a lot of searching for a corner sofa, we finally came to this store because we liked the design of the sofa that we finally chose. The prices are high, significantly higher than the market, however because we really liked the sofa we decided to go overboard. Unfortunately, when we received the sofa, it started to creak excessively. We informed them and suggested that they send an employee to repair it on the spot (4!), We refused and asked to be taken back to the factory for proper repair (we are talking about a sofa worth 3,300 euros). Indeed, they responded immediately, took the sofa, repaired it and in 2 days they brought it back to us (some wood of the frame had been placed, they told us wrong). Despite our inconvenience and grief, so far all is well because the store really responded quickly and also after the repair the sofa stopped completely creaking. In the meantime, another issue arose as after the first month of use, the fabric of the sofa started to turn brown, ie to form small knots !! We went to a pillow in the store to see the subject and they told us that it is a well-known subject that has appeared to others "but do not worry because with a machine they are removed and then do not come out again" .. it says from the "chemical reaction he does the thread with the polyester "! Then they suggested that they send one of their employees home with the machine to clean the sofa from the knots ... They never sent it! we get something significantly better and despite the fact that we paid a significant amount, in the end the result does not show a flawless and well-designed sofa as it should be. We try to forget them and go below ..
