I contacted Fabio's agency, to manage my wedding & they were more than excited, until I paid the deposit, after that it become my turn to run after them. "Lack of management" A month before my wedding they sent me an email that my orthodox wedding ceremony documents are approved. And the night before I travelled he made me nervous telling me that the priest will not do the ceremony, and all my guest are going the day after. It is the most bad situation I passed through. And they even couldnt find a lawyer for a civil marriage, my brother did. Because Fabio's agency didn't advice me that the bishop documents should be signed at the ministry of foreign affairs In my country. Its obviously your company's fault, since I sent you all the documents a month before the wedding & I have the email from Fabio's agency saying its approved, Furtheremore, the Cake wasn't the one we agreed on by emails, mine was 3 levels with olives for the decoration, the one I got was 2 empty white levels. They promised me after I paid the rest of the amount, that the wedding chairs will be decorated with flowers, and on my wedding day there was nothing on the chairs. Plus my bouquet should also include Jib sophil flowers, since that was my request, but unfortunately there wasn't. Furthermore, the outdoor terrace they promised me to do the ceremony, wasn't the one we agreed for, the real place was in the parking of the church where all the passing tourists showed up in our pictures. Moreover, on the 8 of September 2 busses should pick up my family from the hotel to the airport, and I told Fabio's agency that my brother will call him to manage from where to pick them up, and their line was off all the time. So, my brother had order another bus and paid him in order to be on the safe side. And as Fabio's agency said after that they sent a bus at 7pm, without any organization with my brother like we agreed the day before my wedding. I didn't thought the organization of my wedding will be that much unprofessional. An advise for future events, money isn't everything in life, and you should treat your clients more professionally in order to keep them satisfied. PS: I sent them many emails after my wedding in order to get a refund for all the damages they made to my wedding at least. And Fabio's agency response was that they can't do nothing and they threatened me in order not to post my comments on their facebook page or anywhere else. So, brides make a good research before choosing your wedding planner. You only get married once so take all the precautions.

We used Fabio Zardi to provide flower and decoration arrangements for our wedding. I have worked with a lot of wedding contractors and they more than exceeded our expectations. The flowers were kept chilled and fresh until just before the guests arrived at the reception which meant they look stunning in all the photos! They also subtly relocated flower arrangements from the ceremony venue to the entrance of the reception venue in without anyone noticing, nor did their staff appear in any of the photos (professional and private). They truly provided the blended experience I have come to expect from event support staff and I cannot recommend them enough.
